mover beware! The entire company is filled with shady liars.. NEVER TRUST their quote or customer service. Customer Service is awful as they lie and cheat from the customer. They give you false quotes, run late and do a crappy job. Save yourself and your finances because they will charge you double to triple when they show up with your stuff. The move was supposed to be an easy one Long a island, but it was exactly the opposite. JUST AWFUL.

Worst moving company to deal with. I have moved seven times in the last nine years and have never encountered such a disastrous moving company. To sum it up this is a scamming company who hires drug addicts to enter residential areas so if you have children like myself this will leave you stressed out. Let's start with the quote I called few weeks before the move and got a quote of $1800 as flat rate to move my 3 bedroom apartment to our new house 30min away, I even asked for someone to come and have a look at the house to make sure but they said it should be fine, I even asked them for full packing service and that this job should take two days and they even said fine. Then I call another time to just confirm the above a week before the move and they said all is taken care off. Now the scam starts, they arrive on the first day of the move and they say it will cost more so I ask for estimate but they said we can't tell till we finish, given I was under constraint since I have to give the apartment since my lease is ending I agreed, then end of day not even half way through the packing they fill up the truck and start driving, so I called the supervisor and they said they are going to my new house so I said at least tell me so I can go open for you, they unloaded the stuff in the house without any installation although they said it was part of the quote, and they say tomorrow you will be charged hourly for the rest of the job, so I got suspicious and had to go home and do all the packing myself in case they don't show up the next day. Guess what these scammers left me waiting till 7:30pm the next day saying they are coming and when they (drug addicts) arrive to my house all high as hell and having only a very small space in the truck saying we will only pick up two closets as that what they told us even after me calling about 30 times that day and explaining the amount left at home. They even were smoking their joint in the apartment door which is very scary when you have kids at home so I kicked them out and moved my stuff by myself. So if you are looking to be SCAMMED and have drug addicts in your house this is you company to go to.

Don’t be fooled by the good writings that are here these guys are horrible literally had me waiting for 17 days for everything to get here and everytime i called two rude receptionist pick up.

Where do I start?? Lets just say Mo,Larry and Curly from the three stoogers came on October 25, 2019 to attempt to move our furniture. It went like this....you call the office this nice lady Linda answers the phone, she gives you this amazing quote and promises you the world. Shoppers beware.....not going to happen!!!!! These 3 guys show up smelling like they just smoked a joint, walk upstairs to wrap the furniture, it takes them over an hour to do that, than the real trouble begins. They don't know how to move furniture, they can't figure out how to maneuver the furniture to take it down the stairs. They banged my walls up, broke my mirror from my amour, chipped the legs to two other pieces. My husband was so frustrated he started moving the stuff himself. After they had me sign the iPad to confirm the move was completed he tells me that there was an up charge due to them working an hour over the time allotted. I called the office to complain that nice lady Linda promises me she would put in a claim.....guess what???? NOTHING no claim, no call back, no returned email! If I could put in a -10 that would be my rating on this company

If I could give this Place zero stars i would! I never had such a bad experience in my life! I never used a moving company and never would again after all this! Lets start here! They ruined My new floors in my new house! They had 3 guys working and only two worked! The other one sat in the truck! He dropped my kids toy box broke it and left it in the hallway banging up my walls! They told us there was a ton pf stuff the could NOT take! Never told us that! Gave me a quote when we left my house i signed and it was the same till i got to the new house and they kept charging me more money! Never ever told me that! They lost the screws to my sons bed. They dented my walls up! Drove over my lawn and broke a sprinkler. Called the company and spoke w Gabriel and he told me he would take me to court if i didnt pay the extra money!!!!! Really after ruining my whole house? My child was without a bed for a week. I kept calling and getting a run around! What is that? DO NOT use this Company! Spend the extra money and do it right i should have done that! Lesson learned.

Worst moving company ever. They quoted me for $680 and it came to $1,700. They charged me for extra time when their workers first had their truck break down in my driveway, then stand around for over an hour. They sent 3 people of only 2 worked. By far the worst experience ever. Do not use them. Trust me, don't use them.

After moving 7 times in 10 years I guess you could say I've become a moving expert . Most of my moves have been one disaster after the other. Between my belongings being damaged, and swollen, and the price never being what was quoted I was very sceptical when I called TriState Movers. However much to my surprise they were just wonderful . All the guys were so polite , they were extreemly careful with my belongings, they were neat,and efficient and they lived up to their word . The price was exactly what they quoted. I would recommend TriState Movers to everyone. They are the best and gave me a lovely moving experience. And we all know how stressful aND aggravating moving can be but with them, it's one less thing to worry about. Thanks guys you were all amazing.

From the moment i called there was clear communication from the office staff who were very knowledgeable. I set up my estimate in minutes. when they came to the house the guys were very clean looking friendly and polite they worked together just seamlessly. i would recommend to anyone!
