Tried to go to their store in person to try on my uniform before purchase. Their hours of operation are not friendly to the normal working person (8-5) and it was hard to go in person. One day I decided to leave work early, which needless to say was a hassle for me due to the distance (45 min) and my job workflow, but I got there and THEY WERE CLOSED ! On a tuesday at 3pm. The website had no information on that, neither did their voicemail after I called numerous times or the hours of operation shown on google. I was BEYOND upset and felt like it was very inconsiderate of the staff here. After this, I tried to place the order online since going in person was difficult and I used THEIR measurements that they had on THEIR website but the size I got did not fit right?? I called to return them but they were going to charge me $20 restocking fee.. What’s the point? Might as well sell it to someone going into my school program next year. Very disappointing.

As a new customer with this company, I will not recommend if you plan on having your product delivered in a timely manner. I recently made a purchase with the expectation of picking up within 5-10 business days. The company did not adhere to that timeframe. As a result, I called and the representative(Bridget) could use some customer service training. She insisted that other arrangements were made for my order, which I did not agree to. So, after a tiresome discussion, the rep finally decided that they were going to adhere to our initially agreement. However, when I followed up via email, I was told that the order will be ready sometime during the week, no definitive date and time. This was very unacceptable and companies should not be allowed to make other arrangements with orders without consulting the consumer.

I would’ve given zero stars. I’ve been waiting for scrubs for like a month, I’ve called customer service three times and all those times I’ve “lost connection”. They don’t respond to email either. This business is not very professional?let me know scrubs are on back order. COMMUNICATION IS KEY

"the ultimate image" is frustrating to shop from and fails to deliver orders. They're operationally unsuited for the high standards of eCommerce expected in 2021. I would recommend avoid shopping with them. Context: I placed an order for a single custom chef jacket with 4 weeks lead time and never got my order. Here's what "The Ultimate Image" did wrong: 1) Requiring emails for customizations: In order to request customization for a chef jacket I had to email their sales team after placing an order. It would have been better all around if I could just specify the customization as an option during checkout. 2) Ignoring customer emails: After emailing their sales team they ignored my email for a week until I reached out again. 3) Exuberant shipping costs: I was quoted "$338.91" shipping costs to ship a single shirt to my residence in Hawaii. For context, it costs USPS 25$ to ship a box containing a dozen shirts. They clearly don't have their s*** together if I as a customer need to handle that for them. 4) Cancelling customer orders: They then cancelled the order because they couldn't figure out shipping within the USA. 5) Asking customers to pay for their failures: In order to get my one shirt on time I would've had to pay "an additional 25% to the total cost" for a rush order. Overall, in the age of Amazon, the ultimate image is a relic of the past. If you intend to buy from them give them ample time and be prepared to handle their mistakes over lengthy emails correspondence. Sincerely, -- Justin Angel

Not to impressed with this company. Twenty-one dollars shipping, OMG I live two states away. Ordered scrubs for college, wasn't told top was backordered. Called them looking for my order they claimed they would call back, they never called back, called the next day to be told about the backorder. Item is supposed to be shipped over night, we will see. Bad customer service also, women sounded very annoyed. Get your act together.

I love the Ultimate image! They're so easy to work with through email and their product is really spectacular. I had to get 4 Chef Coats embroidered and shipped in a very short amount of time and Cara at the ultimate image got them to me so fast, I was blown away. I don't think I'll go anywhere else for custom embroidery! Thank you Cara and Ultimate Image!

Horrible customer service. Poor telephone skills. Not a warm and fuzzy company. Not sure how they stay in business. They had my order on backorder and I was never informed of this. I got an email for pickup, meanwhile it was supposed to be shipped. Called them and they said it was shipped....NO TRACKING NO PHONE CALL. Wish I could give them less than 1 star.

This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The first order I made outside of the my school order was a pair of shoes that took over 6weeks to deliver. My second order were chef pants, that I asked to be delivered with my school books. I was told everything was sent to the school, but they unfortunately didn’t send the chef pants, and was told they didn’t have to deliver them until the day the term started. For my final term, I received my service uniforms, but noted the sizing was different than the ones I tried on, so, I ordered three additional pairs in a size larger, but they changed the brand, so the cut and siding was completely different and I was shorted a pair. I called and the issue was explained, I returned the pants as per their direction. I was told they would take care the situation. It is six weeks later since the first call, and three weeks since the order was supposed to be taken care of. I still don’t have service pants, and since they did not bother to send them out until Last Friday, I won’t receive them until one week after I needed them, nor do I know if they will fit
Each time I called them Brigitte said she would call me back and let me know what was going on- she didn’t at any time. Because of their lack of timliness an d failure to communicate,I need to spend today find service pants. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever.

I've been dealing with The Ultimate Image for over 12 years now and have been nothing but ecstatic about the service, the quality of embroidery, and the overall experience dealing with this company. Bridgette in sales is always available for any questions and is easy to fix any and all problems if any do occur. I find them very easy to deal with. The customer service and making sure that all is good with the order is there top priority. Everyone who works there is a pleasure to talk to, from the president to sales to delivery, all are ready and able to help at a moments notice. I whole heartily recommend them to anyone who is need of their services.

I have been partnering with The Ultimate Image for over 17 years. This is an organization that is family owned, but gets the big picture. No account is too small or too large for them. What is great about them, is you can go right to the top to discuss a change in uniform or for them to come up with some new innovative uniform solutions.They are willing to customize anything to our needs with quick turnaround results. The customer service is excellent. Our account manager, Bridget is exceptional in getting out our uniforms each year to our team, and is always available to speak to with any concerns. Based on my experience with them, I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good uniform company.

Bridget was awesome!!!!! Needed a chef coat embroidered in a hurry, she accommodated immediately. Awesome customer service. I highly recommend!
