Outdated rooms but seems generally clean. This falls under "you get what you pay for" guy at the front desk seemed nice enough. And it looks like there doing some renovations they have workers doing stuff to the building so that's a positive. Deff needs more then some new paint tho. Location is okay there's a diner across the street and a gas station that's like a 10 to 15min walk. Very small roadside inn. We heard from the locals the motel was rough but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was nice in good shape fine for just a one night stay. Centrally located and the staff is nice.

Extremely well-done renovation of the room. (Still smelled slightly of paint, and they hadn't replaced the vanity mirror.) Absolutely clean. Looked a little sketchy outside.

I'm going to give everyone a little advice.First of all you get what you pay for, if you were or are too cheap or you can't afford the bigger name hotel and think this is going to be the same you are crazy. Now when you call this motel or any motel/hotel ask if they have hourly rates if they say yes you are not going to get a top rated motel you are getting the bare minimum and don't expect it to be spotless and in good order.

The lady with the red hair in the morning should be manager first off,The fat Indian Guy with the girl voice should be fired its 115 starting Sunday he tries to swindle 140 from paying customers. It's a good hotel if renovated and ran by some one who'd care for their business.

I've never actually reviewed a place that I've never I've been a customer of but I live next-door to this place and it legit looks like a crack motel. Always a happy hour on the top deck. Just level it and plant trees.Edited review. After looking at their reviews Any positive reviews is definitely a generic paid for "make my business look better type of review" just spend the money and go to a legit hotel

This is a MOTEL not a HOTEL. People need to remember that before they book.Each room is different. I booked the Jacuzzi suite for a few days. There is a bed, 2 nightstands, a mini fridge and microwave.The main reason we booked this suite was for the Jacuzzi. We brought cleaners to disinfect it before use. We would have done that at any Hotel. The bed was on a handmade frame that was larger than the mattress. We both have bruises on our shins from it. The bathroom is separate. Standard upright shower. The water pressure was LOVELY and the water was ALWAYS hot.Overall I didn't expect much for the price. Very inexpensive.Rooms: Each room seems to contains different lighting, decoration and furniture.Nearby activities: This motel is close to everything. You are almost center of the island. Making traveling to the city or hamptons convient.MCarthur Airport is the backyard of this motel. Very loud during take off for some aircrafts. Scared the s%&* out if me not knowing this area. I heard loud roaring and opened the door to inspect the noise. I was met with a G6 taking off. I found it kinda awesome being thst close to an aircraft.I'm sure their are laws on flight hours because I didn't hear any take offs or landings at night.Food & drinks: There is a Diner across the street. The property is in close proximity of coffee shops, fine dining, fast food restaurants, gyms, banks, bars and shopping malls.

I probably wouldn't have been so upset about my stay if I hadn't been woke up at 3am by a man standing in the dark doorway talking asking me if I paid for 3hr or the whole night .. I watched the lady who checked me in write it on a card that I had signed .. insed of checking for himself he had to come scare a guest out of there sleep in what world is that ok ?

I wasn’t expecting much but this was the most disgusting motel room ever. Charged 100 for the night and it was definitely overpriced. Holes in the curtains , holes in the blanket, wash cloth on the bathroom floor , I don’t even think the bathroom was cleaned because there was barely any toilet paper and we had to ask for more. And that big huge fluorescent light out front lit up the whole room at night but we got to see all the holesin the curtain . To top it off I have a rash under my chin so I hope it’s not bed bugs. I put all my clothes in a trash bag after.

I read all the Reviews and heard locally the bad things they say about the Lakeland inn motel. To be honest each and every time I have stayed there. I have never see or heard anything that would lead me to believe that anything illegal is going on here. The rooms may not be the Holiday Inn. But they are clean and neat. The hot water in the shower is very good. They tv is good. Not as many channels as I have at home. But they have enough channels. I have had no problems at all when staying here. Price and being clean and neat and having good TV and hot water is most important. It is next to the Airport Diner and very close to Mc Donald's. It is on the other side or the diner. A very short drive to Chinese take out. For a 1 star MOTEL, I find nothing wrong with it. If you want Holiday Inn. They stay there. I give Lakeland inn an 8 and a half out of 10. I recommend stay at this Motel. Good bang for you your buck.

Awful awful awfulI came here a while ago, and didn't even stay the night!!!!The room reeked of something that I can't even put my finger on. It wasn't smoke, it wasn't Marijuana, it wasn't food... but I couldn't stand it.Some of the bulbs in the room were out, and overall there was a yick feeling about everything.Also, the A/c did absolutely nothing, and the room was sweltering hot even though it was still early spring if not late winter.I definitely would recommend finding another spot.

January 27th I had a booked a room on booking.com, when I arrived and told the man at the front desk that I had made a reservation on said site, he gave me an odd stare. From then he asked for my ID which I provided, a legal US passport (I had lost my license and was waiting for a new one), from then he declined to accept it. He rudely questioned me and my guests ages (22, and 23 at the time) and further instructed us to cancel the booking on the app. We had other ID but he very rudely refused to hear it, we left and I was charged $100 for a room I didn’t sleep in. I tried multiple times to contact through booking.com to get a refund, to no avail. Multiple representatives had told me when they contacted the property the front desk man (assumably the same man who turned us away) was very rude and even screaming on the phone, I want my refund, I even heavily considered legal action, I still am. It’s $100 that was stolen from me from this ‘business’ and that I’ve tried every which way to resolve. They never reached back out to Booking.com, they never messaged them back or emailed back the countless requests that I had sent. Terrible. Literally find ANYWHERE else, there’s another business called the Charion Inn right by this property which were very understanding of my situation and helped me out with a place to stay. If I could give negative or 0 stars, this would be it.

Not bad for the price but there is always something wrong with something, my tv didn't work ,or the key to the room didn't work so they moved me nbd ,just check the tv when you get there, it got better since I last came her new air conditioners and a little coffee maker that you an make a cup if you want Wich
