My experience with this company was terrible. I ordered bags from them, the cost was approximately $2000. The bags did not come out printed properly, and I was told it was because of an extra color. We agreed that the bags would be re-printed without that particular color; however, when I received the bags (which was only a fraction of what we discussed being replaced initially), the bags were still completely messed up. To be specific, the colors were not aligned correctly with the logo, and the actual name of my shop was lopsided. I was told that I could only receive a refund if I shipped back all of the bags, which would me in the negative by about $1000 because the shipping was initially $500. Customer service, terrible. Product, terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.
I was also told initially that the bags were printed locally and it would only take about a week. It took a lot longer than that, maybe a month and a half? I think it's also important to note that every bag has a big Uline stamp printed on the bottom.... which I am not a fan of personally. This was not disclosed at the time of order and purchase. I'm pretty familiar with Uline, and their own products are incredibly inexpensive.... So I really feel like I lost a lot of money on this whole situation. Very disappointing.
Please note that on the bags, blue was supposed to be outlining the glasses. This was the first batch, where it didn't show up at all on many of the bags. Each color added is at an additional cost. Also no refund there.

I’m an event planner and was in need of custom print full color food grade paper for a clients event on short notice. Spectra Paper was able to meet me turn around time and delivered the order so quickly! Myself, the client and guests were well pleased. I highly recommend!

I ordered custom-printed sandwich wraps and paper bags, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product and printing. I own a few restaurants; I use Spectra Paper for all my custom-printed restaurant products. They are highly affordable and have quick turnaround times, and they’ve helped me multiple times with emergency orders.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They did a terrible job printing the bags for my shop, told me it was due to the addition of another color in my logo. Everything was off, color was outside of the lines. So they re-printed a tiny fraction of the initial order, which was quite sizable. And still, they were messed up. I was told the only way that I could receive a refund at that point was if I shipped all of the bags back, which would mean that I would spend $1000 approximately on shipping for absolutely nothing (initial shipping cost - $500). I highly l, highly recommend finding somewhere else to do your printing. The communication was also very poor, and the bags have a huge Uline Logo on the bottom of the bag, if for some reason that bothers you. It bothered me. Just for reference, this is the initial order that I received. There was supposed to be blue around the sunglasses. Some of them had blue, a lot of them didn't. And then the rest wasn't lined up properly.

Please Ignore the bad review from Bryan he was a very lazy disgruntled employee. Jay and his family have been providing printed products for all the local business for the past 5 years that I have been working with them. the quality and turnaround time is excellent. you will not be disappointed. My company has been working with Spectra and have been more than satisfied with all of the great printed items they make.
