I utilized Larry the first time back 13 years ago in 2010 and have been utilizing his mortgage company ever since. He gets things done & doesn't BS you. Now I just keep on referring my buyers over to him( I own an investment company) because I know he will treat them right and he'll get the loan done. Highly recommend

If You Need a Mortgage or Refi.... Ray at Southfork Funding is beyond phenomenal. I have never dealt with anyone more honest, knowledgeable or committed to his clients. He was incredibly responsive, transparent & hard working. The rates were the best i could find and I called everywhere. He also matched & beat points offered by another broker. Our refi was so ridiculously complicated because of an estate probate, my not so perfect credit, me being on leave from work during the whole process & time constraints on closing, but he navigated it with ease, communicated every step of the way & got the job done for us in under 30 days. Laura from loan processing was absolutely wonderful, helping us make changes at the last second to get us a better rebate and expediting our closing. Would not recommend; Horrible experience dealing with this mortgage company. Was told I would close before 9/5, which didn't happen, but was told every day after Sept. 5th that you will get a call from Closing Department tomorrow to close. That Tomorrow finally came, that was Sept.27. Found them to be untruthful, poor communication, and blamed everyone else, for their mishaps. Most stressful transaction in real estate I ever experienced.
