I’m not one to do reviews however I couldn’t help myself after the attention I received from Mr. Rosenthal. From the very moment, I reached out every question every doubt he was always there with the right answer in a matter of a few minutes. it was good to know that I was buying a vehicle from someone who actually cared. I’ve had my vehicle for a little over a month now and I couldn’t be happier. The whole process with smooth and quick. My mom is due for a car soon… luckily I know just the place lol.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Avi over the years. Some for my collection and a couple for family vehicles. I would like for others to know that this is a true professional ! His description of the item along with the detailed photos are precisely noted. Some don't and most don't express the positive interactions but most only share the negative. I will continue to do business with this organization! I hope someone reads this and it makes them more comfortable in doing business with Avi. Thanks for the honesty and hard work as I am sure it's not to easy to deal with all kinds these days.

This was by far the most pleasant car purchase I have ever experienced. I have to admit I am a bit embarrassed by how suspicious I was going into the sale. The photos were too perfect, the price was too reasonable, there had to be a catch. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. Car was exactly as advertised and there was zero pressure to buy. Avi is the nicest guy to deal with and really knows cars. He also does not add dealer fees and all that. Just the registration and sales tax. Rosenthal Enterprises, aka empire auto is the opposite of what the phrase "used car dealer" brings to mind. Expect honesty, no pressure, and a well vetted auto. I would definitely use this dealership again and would reccomend to others. His warehouse is like a cave of wonders with all the super cool cars. Thank you Avi! Couldn't be happier with my sweet roadster, and the purchase itself!

I can't say enough good things about Avi and Empireautos. He is a car guy, and knows what he is talking about. Not only is he an absolute professional, but a nice guy too, and truly cares about his customers as much as his vehicles. I just bought my dream car from when I was a kid, and he could not have made it easier. Avi has a collection of vehicles that are about as close to showroom as you can get. If you are looking for something specific, give him a call. You won't be disappointed.

I REALLY REALLY recommend anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle to work with Avi!I've known Avi, the owner of this dealership, since the summer of 2022, when i was searching for a good antique Corvette. Since the very beginning, Avi really stood out from the crowd of car dealers that I've met in the past. Instead of selling his vehicle at any cost, Avi works with you through honesty and patience. Even as a novice buyer and driver without much prior knowledge of cars in general, I really felt safe working this Avi on this transaction.During the transaction and after, I've talked with Avi quite a bit. I can not stress enough how much of an honest, hardworking, patient, and sincere family-man Avi really is. Moreover, on top of being a phenomenal human being, Avi is also a true professional who knows the car industry well.So, if you are looking for any vehicle and wants a seasoned professional who will NOT lie to you and will be patient and work with you to find the best car for you, then Avi is the man for the job. Simply, I can not recommend the service of this man and his dealership enough.

I will definitely recommend Avi to anyone without any doubts. This is my first significant purchase over the phone without seeing the vehicle in person. I just received my vehicle today, and it is exactly as described by Avi in his descriptions, photos, and videos. The import process to Canada was also very simple. Avi provided all the necessary documentation without any delays. I used Pacific Customs Brokers Ltd from Surrey, BC for customs paperwork, and they also did a great job without any delays. Another shoutout to Steve for delivering the vehicle at the border. Avi is a man of his word; he always responded to my calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner. His integrity is something that should be appreciated.

Buyer beware. I found a great looking classic F-350 for a good price ($17999). Avi assured me nearly all his buyers purchase vehicles sight unseen, and have them delivered with a contracted delivery service. He said there were no mechanical issues. After purchasing the vehicle, he told me the floats in the fuel tanks didn't really work; not the end of the world. Vehicle was delivered safely. It sat for about ten days before I could drive it. On EVERY drive, the truck turned off while driving, sometimes on the highway. I am familiar with 7.3s, so I suspected something was up with the oil or fuel pump. Brought to a specialty garage and sure enough, ***$2300 LATER*** my truck is running again. The fuel pump was completely shot. It NEVER drove more than 5 miles without turning off and was honestly dangerous. When I asked Avi to help make this right, he refused, offering no concession and telling me it was a good sale price. I wouldn't trust Avi or do business with him again. I would be happy to take down this review if he pays for half of my repair (a truly reasonable request!).

I took delivery of my 1998 Jaguar XK8 this morning from Avi. Communication was important to me to buy a 9.5 on scale of 10 from someone I did not know and had no Idea how it would go. Avi included shipping in our negotiated price with Princeton Transport and Steve did an excellent job of getting me the vehicle to my door without any issues. The vehicle is all Avi said it was and more. My wife sells antique dolls and I can appreciate the value of something that is near perfect as opposed to something that has been neglected. I would recommend Avi and Steve for sure as honest and trustworthy in there commitment to customer service. There were no surprises in my deal and I would buy from Avi again.

5 star experience all around, one of if not the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Communication was amazing with Avram from start to finish. Took the time out while he was on vacation with his family to answer all and any questions i had. Explained everything about the car i was interested in thoroughly. Stuck to his word through the whole process. No hidden fees or sneaky games. Car was exactly as he described and as I expected.
