This is the only place to have suspension work done to your vehicle on Long Island period. Rich and Rich Jr. set a standard of customer service and quality no other shop can touch. After going back and forth about which height to lift my truck to, I ultimately went with a 6" kit on the recommendation of the boys and man am I glad I did. It turned out better than I expected, rides better than stock, and is pin straight going down the road. I'm finding myself looking for projects on my other cars just so I have an excuse to go down to the shop and hang out! If you're on the fence of where to go for modifications, this is the shop to go to!

These guys are the best!!..Three friends and Both my brother and sister have gone to them with Nothing but happy things to say, As for myself they recently gave my 2017 ram 1500 a 6” lift with new tires, everything was perfect very happy with the outcome. Will definitely be bringing my next ride down to RMS off-road Inc ??

Family owned and run business. New tires ,rims and accessories for 2024 Rubicon. They took their time explaining pros and cons and listened to what I was looking for. The best part about RMS besides the great initial meeting and workmanship was the after care. I strongly recommend giving these guys a shot at any off road work you may need.

Went to RMS OFFROAD to find out what was needed to put larger tires on my truck, I wasn’t familiar with it enough to know details? So I figured ask the experts. They were very knowledgeable and it’s appreciated. My thoughts and experience walking in ? They don’t try and over sell you something they feel is un necessary just for a sale. It’s professional. Also like the fact they said if you do this you’ll have front end issues. lol. That means they are looking out for the customers as well as not being willing to put their name on something nobody will be happy with.
My leveling kit looks amazing, and she drives like a cloud. I’m very happy with the experience .
I appreciate RMS, they are all friendly and do amazing work. If you’re debating it or curious about having something done to your truck? Stop in and ask questions. I would recommend them no hesitations.

Rms did a great job with my 2020 Tacoma after “savage 112” completely took me for a ride . Unfortunately I had to pay twice for my lift which cost tones of money but I am happy with final result . I suggest anyone shopping and wanting to get the best deal ( don’t do it ) . Spend the extra money and get it done right the first time. After my lift the ride ended up being better than the original stock set up ! Thank you RMS ??

I have had the pleasure of building four trucks (to date, more coming) over the last 10yrs or so with Rich Sr. an Rich Jr. each truck has come out better than expected. The attention to detail is always apparent. They do not cut corners and the work speaks for itself.
If you take pride in your vehicle and you value your safety and the safety of your family this is the shop to go to. They are not afraid to say no when my requests that will end up being a problem down the road.
This is a family business that takes pride in what they do, this is rare these day.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Totally worth the wait. Sr & Jr. made the truck in my head into a reality. No pressure on upgrades, just the needs-to-know on product quality and recommendations. Spent 10k just to have Rich senior do multiple things I specifically said I did not want done. Now stuck with a truck a can hardly drive until I have time to take it somewhere else and spend another 2k to get it fixed.
