My 21 yr old Autistic son cracked his tablet. I went into the store and explained what happened. He told me if I change the number he will save me $23 a month. When I received my bill there was a fee .and my bill actually went up It's very sad that you can't trust people anymore..God Blesshe never t my bill actually went up.Very sad..I
