“Being overdue for a new phone by at least a year if not more due to my work schedule and past horrific experiences of hours in a cell phone store, I am overjoyed to have walked into this cricket store in Brentwood. Sam was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explained all the different phones and what would best meet my needs. I could tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the store loyalty and its customers. Thank you Sam for this pleasant experience. I know that all cricket stores are not run this way, as earlier this week I stopped by my local cricket, spent over an hour with an untrained salesperson and computers which were down. It really does depend on the owner and who they hire. I will take the extra time to drive from Lindenhurst to Brentwood whenever I need assistance in the future and I urge you to do the same.”
“I was having a big issue with my son’s cell phone. I tried calling Verizon to fix it, but after over a half hour I was losing my mind, so I decided to give the Verizon store in Islandia a try. Jake welcomed me over graciously, not minding at all that I was just there for service, and fixed my issue unbelievably fast. He even tweaked my plan to save me some money which was a nice surprise. His two colleagues also stopped by when they finished their customers to lend support to Jake if he wanted it. Great atmosphere and service. Smart, kind, generous and witty…everything you can ask for in a (Verizon) man. ? I highly recommend this store. Thank you all again for saving the day!!!”

Chris M was incredibly sweet and kind, going out of his way to ensure she received all the help she needed. He even took the time to connect her phone to her car’s Bluetooth, which was a huge help. His attentiveness and respectfulness were evident throughout the entire process.
Chris also walked her to the door and carried her bag to the car, which was especially thoughtful given her difficulty walking without her cane. His kindness and professionalism made a significant impact, and we are truly grateful for his outstanding service.”
“I cannot rave enough about this location. I had an emergency last week in which I had dropped my phone on a hard floor and it had completely shattered (not usable at all- black screen not even turning on). With 5 minutes left until closing, Harry welcomed me into his location and helped me get a new phone into my hands within minutes. We all know that getting a new phone can be the same as buying a car. It usually takes hours on end. I had my two young kids waiting in the car after a long day of school and baseball and he made this transition seamless and quick. You have gained a customer in me for sure. 10 stars from me! “What can I say….. Well Long story short after 4 days, 2 different stores, in 2 different states, and about 10 different reps from both AT&T customer/Tech support and Asurion support not one of them knew the problem that I was having with my apple watch not connecting to cellular until JAHMEZ.
Within 5-10 minutes of coming in he figured out what every expert and everyone else couldn’t. He handle us with expertise professionalism and he was so personable. He explained everything so thoroughly I wish they could clone him and put him to train and be in every call center/store. My parents also go to him now for anything and he always figures it out or gets the answer. Don’t go to any other store go to this one and see JAHMEZ he has the answers.”
