They are very nice people however, not good at umbrella repair. They are overwhelmed with umbrellas for repair and only one guy repairing them. Last year I dropped off my cantilever umbrella because one of the cords broke. They replaced the handle in addition to the cord and charged me when nothing was wrong with the handle. Over the passed year the cord frayed so badly it nearly broke. I went online and found a company called Casual Furniture Solutions that will walk you through with You Tube videos for most umbrella repairs. They have a good website. I purchased 2 replacement cords for $30. a piece and they were here within the week. We did it ourselves. It took some time but we managed and we are 2 old people with eyesight that is not the greatest. It turns out the cord was wrapped the wrong way around one of the pulleys.

Awesome company....the staff of employees are excellent. I went there today without calling them first to fix my patio bar chair with a sling seat. They fixed it while I waited and they treated me like I was part of their family. They are true professionals who appreciate their customers’ experience while working with them. To sum it up...true old fashion customer service and high quality craftsmanship.

My Telescope chairs look like new! The entire transaction, from the time I brought the chairs in for new slings (seats), to the day I picked them up, I was very happy with the friendly people who work there and the fantastic job they did!

I brought in my broken kitchen chair it needed a weld. It took about a month for them to fix it and when I picked it up, they told me it needed a second weld, they did it without telling me and charged me an extra $25. If you think it's ok for your item to need extra work that costs extra $$, for them to go ahead and do it without telling you first and charging you, then this company is for you. Won't ever use or recommend them. Two stars bc they fixed my chair.

Unfortunately, LI Outdoor Furniture is unethical and inappropriate. We handed off a huge order to LI Outdoor Furniture for the 3rd year in a row - thousands of dollars worth of expensive Kingsley Bate Lounge Cushions along with chair cushions and umbrella canvases for cleaning. First, LI Outdoor Furniture lost our order. They then said they found it but it was in a black garbage back, never cleaned after 7 months, and covered in mold. They indicated all would be fine. I called many times over the next few weeks to follow up on progress. No one ever called me back. Then, out of nowhere they called and said everything was fine and they were scheduled to deliver. The bumps aside, I assumed all WAS fine, they charged my card for over $1600 and delivered the items a month later. When my husband looked through everything, he found the umbrella covers, dirty, crumpled up in the same black garbage bag, 8 umbrella covers which they had charged us $800 ($100 per cover) to clean. All of the cushions had spots on them still. The same cushions that they had successfully cleaned the year prior. My husband and I called many times to follow up and we never received a call to address the issue let alone remedy anything. The owner was no where to be found and the staff had a special 'performance' when I called, repeatedly acting as though they had no idea who I was; acting as though that call was the first time I had called. It is so disappointing when a company doesn't take accountability for its mistakes - mistakes that can usually be easily fixed - and, as a result, forces its customer to use whatever business means possible to ensure this doesn't happen again to another customer.

Very nice repair of an expensive patio umbrella at a very good price. It works fine- saved over a thousand dollars c/w buying a new umbrella.
