Terrible customer service I call ahead. I said I have two keys. I have to bring them to get cut. They said sure bring them on down I go there. They said oh no we can cut them. It’s against policy see what happens when you try to keep the business local, You have a machine there I’m bringing you the keys cut the keys make me happy take my money.Dumb and dumber working there

Went into LI Hardware to get a non-slip rug pad. Showed one salesperson a picture and he said said he knew nothing about them and walked off. So I went to one of the cashiers who shrugged and said maybe they had them in their warehouse. Neiter person expended any effort to help. Actually their tone and attitude was actually rude. I won't go back there again.

Terrible, last several times there, they didn't have what I needed and the manager was very rude and talked down to me like I didn't know what I needed, he was just a moron and didn't understand what I needed, I will never go back regardless of how close and convenient it is

It is close to home and the people who work there actually know where things are unlike the big chain stores. They have basically everything you'd need for house projects.

This place is great! I'm so happy a friend recommended it for heavy duty gloves I had been looking for in my size. They had it all-hardware and so many other items that are just basic helpful household items! We'll definitely be back!

scott is a racist person stood there with a customer in front of me talking about hes not racist he has a colored tv .so watch out for these people they make you feel like your not even a person then they tried to tell me it's a tv show so it's ok cause he didn't say the n word scott and is friend are just racist assholes go shop and ace or Home Depot

Excellent product selection, especially when it comes to hardware and specialty item. At the back counter, they have " open stock", so that you can purchase exactly the number of the item(s) you need. You don't have to purchase a whole box or bag, when you only need a few. I have been a customer for more than 3 yrs., and it is my "go to" place , when I can't find the item locally. I live 30 miles away, but it is worth the travel time.

DO NOT GO HERE I wish I could give this place 0 stars the manager called me a racial slur and the cashiers refuse to wear masks. They’ll be getting a visit from OSHA very soon. The staff is not friendly have little to no knowledge on the product they are selling ridiculously overpriced for cheap quality save yourself the headache and gas and go somewhere else.
