“There are absolutely no words that could describe the high level of quality service and professionalism that designer Carol Reitz Butler showed my father and I while helping us plan several bathrooms. During each visit, Carol was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind as we grappled with figuring several extensive projects. Several months back, my family and I suffered a terrible house fire that is requiring us to rebuild most of the house. It has been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming process.Without question, Carol made a stressful situation incredibly enjoyable. She took time to listen to all of our ideas and made wonderful suggestions along the way. Carol spent an enormous amount of time going through every single detail with us. We didn’t feel rushed at any point. In fact, Carol even gave us plenty of extra time assuring us that we walked out of the store with a full action plan in the works. We could not be more grateful for Carol’s help and guidance. We appreciate how she made us feel like the only customers in the store as she addressed our needs.
