I brought my Mercedes in for its annual full service last week. Everyone from start to finish was kind, knowledgeable and extremely professional. They even took my car for an inspection during the service for me as it was due which I felt was going above and beyond. Will absolutely be back!

I was looking for a deisel Mecanic for my 1 year old chevy 2500 high country. Apparently Chevy couldn't handle the job. They stated they didn't have the correct equipment. So I sought out Mike. He got me in immediately and did what he said he would do. *****

The shop found a bigger problem then I sent it in for. They made the proper repair. Picked the vehicle up and have no issues since.

Every one there are so helpful and nice also they are looking out for the customers not trying to take Advantage of there customers and doing the right thing by fixing the problem the first time this means a lot we had people take advantage and its hard to trust any one but with Islandwide i don't feel like that so thank you everyone

Islandwide Auto and Truck Repair is an Old School full Service repair shop. I haven't had this kind of service in many years. My 1st time there and I was made to feel as if I'd been a customer for years. They earned my business for years to come.

I have been using Islandwide for the last 2 years to service and repair my 45 foot motorhome Spartan chassis. Mike, Tony, and Erica have been extremely helpful in making sure the work is done in a timely, thorough and professional manner. It is comforting to know I can count on them when needed.

I have been to Islandwide Auto and Truck a few times with my RV. Mike and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. I had my RV inspected by them quickly. I was all set for my camping trip. Then I had an issue with my engine AC which I paid o er $700 to another shop with nothing being fixed. Mike took on the job and got the engine AC fixed. I have to say this shop knows what they are doing. If they see something that needs work, they contact me and let me know of the issue and price before touching anything. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. As a female, I have been duked out of a lot of money with shady mechanics. I can tell you, this place is far from that. Thank you for all your hard work ?

I have taken my Winnebago for inspection and repair. Ericka in the front desk is very professional and polite. She keeps you posted on services as they are working on your vehicle. I have also had some issues and I truly like how Island Wide will try their best to resolve the issues. They are very fair with their prices. Most importantly they are very trustworthy and treat your vehicle with the upmost care. I highly recommend them for your vehicle repairs.?? ♥️ ? ? ♥️ ??

Be Sure to read my review.
I am not from the Long Island area, I travel here every other week for business, I’m from Buffalo ((Go Bills ).
My Diesel pick up truck broke down, bad fuel injector. One of my dealers said to call Mike Island wide Auto and Truck
Mike determined the problem and fix. He told me he was extremely busy and understood the situation I was in and promised to squeeze me in. .
Mike and his team did everything they promised they would. I went in late Friday Mike said he would get the parts on Monday and the truck should be fixed by Wednesday, I got the call on Tuesday that it was done and ready to go.
I picked the truck up on Wednesday after receiving and paying the bill.
This is the best part. In situations like this as customers we are often taken advantage of.
Mikes price was more than fair, the work was performed expertly and Delivered as he said he would.
I can’t say enough Great things about Mike and his team.
