I was a little disappointed. I called about a product ( shelving) and they said they had 18 in stock. When I got there 15 minutes later. They showed 18 in stock but were able to locate only one. I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me it must be a stocking mistake. They checked the entire inventory and were unable to find the other 17. Then they recommended I try another store. I understand that mistakes happen, what upset me is that I asked if they could contact the other location to make sure they had 3 in stock so I don't waste my time, the employee said sorry we don't do that. I just thought they would be more curtious since I wasted over an hour and didn't want to waste another hour going to a different location.

I own Perfect Bodies Auto Body and we by alot of tools and equipment from our local Bohemia store. I highly reccomend this particular store. It is so organized and the store supervisor Christine could not be more helpful and the instore employees are amazing kind and helpful also . We love shopping at this branch

Great store! Plenty of parking, plenty of products, clean, and orderly. I had a great experience with Samantha and John, and they were both incredibly friendly and helpful with the products and a coupon I had received. In my opinion, this is one of the best HARBOR FREIGHTs around.

3/4/24 went this morning looking for a Gun cabinet that they had in stock walk in the store is huge clean and was greeted by Scott who was very helpful with a good morning and is there anything I can help you with finding what you need. Scott look it up on the computer they had it in stock called for his team to locate it. Help me put in my truck all around great experience will definitely go back in the future for what I need it's a nice thing when you got good employees that are willing to give you good customer care service thanks Scott and the teamfor your help I appreciate it

The home of the disposable tool! The quality is average or less. Wouldn't even call it homeowner grade. Sockets and wrenches are "close" to size (if you're looking for a 9.5mm socket that's what the 10mm are called). I've had to bring wrenches to fit the appropriate nuta/bolts.But the prices are fantastic as well as the amount of different items. As a marine tech, I use these tools frequently as they are constantly lost in the water or someplace difficult to reach. While I have quality tools needed for certain jobs, these tools are often my first choice.
