All in all, I got a great car at a great price. Staff was friendly and the store is very attractive. Communication can sometimes get a bit jarbled from person to person, leading to some unnecessary delays, but the situation was rectified by management. Vidit was great to work with.

Be careful when buying a car here. I bought a New vehicle in 2019 and recently had to make a warranty claim which is suppose to expire December 2024 but service told me that my warranty expired last year December. Kia has 5 year 48k miles basic warranty and according to that my warranty should expire December 2024. I went to speak with sales manager he told me the warranty starts from the date they received the car in their lot which is a lie. Warranty doesn't start until its sold and registered. Instead of helping me atleast fix my car he told me to trade it in and buy a new car. Call kia corporate they told me i was sold a used car, i had to provide a copy of my title and contract to prove it was sold as new not used. No one is helpful at this facility.

Adding to the list of 5 stars which led me this to dealership in the first place. Cannot give them enough praise. Big Lou took his time to find me the best car. Never rushed me, never pressured me. Once we found the car, he did his best to get me the best deal possible. Special shout out to manager Anthony for helping us close this deal.
I've had Honda's, Fords, Lincolns, Hyundai's in the past. This was first time with Kia and my best experience bar none. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone, you won't be disappointed!

We dealt with Joe. He was great! We were here about one year ago but didn’t purchase a car because we were still looking around. We came back and we noticed Joe right away and he remembered us. My husband and I were impressed that he remembered us. We are both very happy ? with the service he gave us. We just purchased a 2024 Kia Sorrento and we’re very happy with him and his service, excellent guy, Great person to deal with!!

The service department here at generation Kia is impeccable. From start to finish I was updated the entire time my car was there MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. That's unheard of these days. Vincent, Michele Joseph and Cody are the best team I've ever experienced.

I am usually not a fan of car dealers in general but they were wonderful at Generation Kia. The process was quick the salesman Joseph Rossetti was excellent. And their pricing was great, they didn't play any games got me in and out I would definitely buy a car from them again.
They also had GMC and Buick so if your in the market for a car they had a hudge selection there as well of different brands and I would recommend going to them.
