Christine D, the decorator we worked with was amazing. We are renovating a condo in florida. Christine helped us find tile that we love for both bathrooms. She found coordinating tile for shower walls and floors that is beautiful. She also recommended amazing flooring throughout the condo. She went above and beyond helping us, and sending our order to the florida store for pick up. She stayed late to personally call the florida store manager and confirm the order was actually in stock. Highly recommend working with Christine! She made our renovation much less stressful.

It was a pleasantly surprised to find Floor and Decor has an extensive and well displayed line of products. Our home is going through a multi-phase renovation. Why I chose to purchase the materials needed was all due to the professionalism and knowledge of DECO ADM Jared. Any questions that I had on colors, styles, and what material would work best in the specific areas were described thoroughly. He spend a great deal of time with us taking us all over the store, gathering materials that I asked for, calling and allocating materials from the warehouse or additional stores which would fit my time frame. The most generous act of kindness came when Jared loaded all the materials in my vehicle, acknowledging that I was with an elderly parent and small child. Jared is an invaluable member of your company and should be recognized as such. I have already returned three times for additional products and materials all because of Jared.

This place is scam! We've purchased floors from them 2 years ago, and they had a promotion for 48 months 7.99% interest, if not paid within 24 months then 29.99%. We opened a credit card and made a purchase of 5900$. However on the receipt it said 24 months no interest. We told this to the cashier immediately and she called a manager Pam ID.71835. She tried again and because it was a weekend she said she will take care of it. Well she never did! And she lied to us.
Today, 2 years later Comenity bank just charged us 3312.60$ for the interest. We've never missed a single payment and we've always paid more. At this time our remaining balance was 1800$.
And the minimum required payment was around 135$ don't remember exactly.
Here's a proof that this financing was not 24 months.
5900/24 (no interest) = 245.8$/month. So why would minimum payment be around 135$, doesn't make sense.
And that's the reason we did not complain so far as minimum payment seems right.
This morning I went back to the store and she was there together with another manager. Instead of fixing her mistake, they started blaming me for not complaining earlier. Why would I?
We had paperless bills so no statements that would say 24 months.
When I told her: I trusted you when you said you will fix it. She said: why would you trust a stranger?!!
I told her you are not a stranger, you are a manager of Floor and Decor and representative. And she said maybe she could die or get fired, I shouldn't have trusted her.
Well, my advice is DO NOT TRUST THEM whatever they say and avoid this place really really wide. They will promise stuff and 2 years later you will be writing a review here.
I've called Comenity bank, they contacted Floor and Decor and they told them they don't have a 48 months promotion! It is a lie and here's a proof. Photo from the time of that transaction attached.
I filed a new complaint with comenity, sent photo/documents and expecting their answer.
By the way Floor and Decor floors are squeaky even with most expensive under layer barrier they sell. Again.. AVOID!! I will send this information to media and if Comenity doesn't fix this immediately I will take legal actions.
Not to mention that crazy interest rate they charged 29.9% from 5900 is approximately 1760$ not 3312$ they charged me.

Purchased my entire homes vinyl flooring, underlayment, and backsplash for my kitchen here. Each visit I felt comfortable and understanding in what I was purchasing. 10/10

This was absolutely the worst experience I had ever had with a renovation. The sales associate reviewed my contractors notes for tile (which were specific) and ordered enough tile to cover 3 bathrooms. It was clearly someone who did not know their job. Unfortunately my wife trusted the associate and I only caught it when I came home from work. We called the next day to rectify the error and was told a refund would be issued. The following day we noticed not only was the charge not refunded but the original debit was posted again, making my wife’s checking account negative.
Another call was placed and we were told no manager will speak to you and there was no way to correct the charges, we must take it up with our bank. The total disregard for customer service and complete unprofessionalism from not only the store personnel but their corporate number was appalling.
We ended up canceling the order and moving forward with a more professional company.

Upon arrival, I felt comfortable & not judged in my lack of floor tile brands. The store was clean & very easy to navigate. Team member Josh on the floor dept., was excellent with great Customer Service Skills! Josh was very knowledgeable about tiles & everything in the store products!
Cashier named Giovanna was very friendly & greeted customer with a smile! **Highly recommend this place with their low discount prices, lots of selections & excellent team workers too.

Worst customer service 76 pieces in stock only needed 2 pieces to finish and nobody in the store could find the tile. Not even the manager who didn't want to help because I interrupted his smoke break at the entrance. A little unprofessional to be smoking at the entrance but OK AT LEAST DO YOUR JOB. If This was my first experience I wouldn't be going back but since I need 2 pieces to match I am stuck going 30 miles out of my way to another store. Store is beautiful but definitely needs better staff starting from the top.

I feel that it could be so much more though. If they had more displays, I think it would be beneficial to the customers. I also think they should have workers be a little more attentive when customers walk in, offering them assistance.
