After months of dealing with their abrasive, unfriendly and unprofessional staff, I finally decided to give a review. Does this location simply not care about revenue share. There is so much competition (8 other pharmacies in a 2 -3 mile radius) where customers can fill their meds. The corporate office needs to get in here to give this team customer service training.
In addition, with all the privacy/HIPAAA/PII regulations, I find it shocking this team doesn't respect or honor that. It is appalling that they speak so loud in front of other questions revealing my name and medication name. So for the last year, I don't say my name verbally but give them my
License and they still repeat it out loud.

Stood at the register for 15 mins. Tried calling attention to myself that I am ready to be rung up. No one came to help me check out.
Went to the self check out (which I hate because I don’t get paid to ring myself up). My mistake was I didn’t realize one was card payment only, the other was cash or card. I went to to the card payments only station. Applied my $10 coupon. Realized I need the cash machine because I wanted to get rid of my change and break a $20. Couldn’t exit out so left the card reg as is. Rung myself up on the cash reg, but couldn’t apply the coupon because it was currently being used on the card machine. So I had to forget about using my change and breaking my $20 go back and finish paying on the card reg because that’s where my coupon was applied.
Cashiers need to pay more attention to the front. When I was a cashier at CVS I always had my eye on the front no matter what project I was working on and no matter how far away from the register I was.

Bohemia store ' Literally have been lieing to me for a week about my medication not being in stock when it was. Disgusting. Made me look like a crazy person with my doctor. So Sad. I will travel and go to another more helpful store.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst one I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Today will be the very last time I do. They do not care AT ALL about the patient. After screwing me over 5 days in a row, they say they will "try" to fix it. THEY were being slammed....Meanwhile, I could have a heart attack. Who cares? They only have the 1 star because I couldn't post no star.

The automatic doors are pretty much always broken. The employees struggle with the UPS drop off program. The registers are now mostly self checkout which I prefer. Got my covid omicron booster and flu shot which went pretty well, booked it on the cvs app, just a small wait and it was done.

I just talked with a Diana in the pharmacy dept. Despite sounding like she was incredibly busy, she still patiently and kindly addressed all my questions and concerns. I am grateful to her for that.

I always had a lot problems with my insurance and This staff helped me fix it! They were always helpful with advice when it came to my family and i! They work really hard!
