CVS is a clean and well-organized store with clearly marked aisles that make shopping easy. The staff are friendly, courteous, and take the time to care for customers, often going out of their way to help with questions or concerns. Self-checkout options are available, and the pharmacy team is helpful and patient, even when busy. Customers appreciate the efficient service and the staff's willingness to assist with insurance issues and health services like COVID-19 boosters and flu shots. Although the automatic doors are often broken and there can be challenges with UPS drop-offs, overall, CVS provides a pleasant shopping experience with caring employees.
Shopping here is always a pleasure. The store is clean and well organized. The aisles are clearly marked so it's easy to find what you came in for. And the people working the cash registers have always pleasant as well as well as efficient.
