After 20 years with my current bank and no longer being happy there, I opened a new savings account in this branch with the help of Saporia. There was an issue doing it online. She was very nice and helpful. So was Gerry who assisted & helped me afterwards as well. I have since opened a cking acct online too. Kelly has also been very helpful and nice anytime I've had a question. Transferring banks can be very stressful and they all have been great. So far so good. Thank you all!

The worst bank ever. Had a cd mature went into the branch to close the account and get a check from the balance. They told me I had to wait 10 days to receive my check. Who ever herd of such a thing. Any bank I used in the past I never encountered a problem like this. Would not recommend capital one to anyone.

This branch is in such disarray! Lines that go out the door, customers get angry and leave. Not all tellers are available to help when there is a line! Manager and Regional Manager should be ashamed of this nonsense! My guess is none of the aforementioned will read or do anything about it. Lets see how much Capitol One really cares!

Since a lot of the area Capitol One's are closing, this branch is absorbing a lot of the business. Very crowded...no manager in an office to speak to...any personal business has to be shouted through the Plexiglass. Long lines are now the norm. Took twenty five minutes just to get to the tele';s window. Will be looking for a new bank!
