Shopping at Boot Barn is great! The store has some amazing items like belts, hats, and clothing. The staff are always helpful and kind, making each visit enjoyable. I recently had a pair of boots stretched there, and they did an excellent job. Their additional services like boot stretching and hat shaping are fantastic. If you’re looking for quality western and work wear, Boot Barn is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Good clothing selection and sale section is awesome as well.Nice dressing rooms and the store is bright and clean.Could have a better selection of size 9.5+ women’s shoes.

I went to the store with the hope of purchasing a pair of boots and hat and to inquire about specific brands. Upon entry into the store, I was not greeted. I spent 25 minutes in the store looking around and was not asked if I needed assistance by any of the employees that I walked past in various parts of the store. The staff consisted of 1 male and at least 2 females. I did hear the staff asking 2 other customers who entered after me (at different times) and left before me if they needed assistance. I will not be returning to this location for purchase. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I recently visited the store, and unfortunately, I had a concerning experience. While at the store during the 7:30 pm shift, an older female employee took a picture of my daughter without our consent. This has left me uneasy, as I worry that my daughter's image may now be on her Facebook or social media page. My daughter, who was wearing a red knitted sweater, chose not to enter the store, so I pretended to leave her, saying "okay goodbye"near the entrance. Despite keeping an eye on her with my husband, i later learned on the freeway from my husband that the employee had taken a picture of our daughter,he decided to tell me until we left to prevent an altercation with employee while my daughter present. He seemed very upset. This incident has left me quite upset and concerned about the intentions behind capturing an image of a child without permission.Other than that the young gentleman helping gave us great customer service when having concerns of what treatment to use to clean my work boots.

Just getting into the western wire thing. Stopped in here for the first time and picked up my first cowboy hat. Tom junior was a really nice young man who went out of his way to help me. Give me an honest opinion of how different hats looked on me, not just the that 1 looks great. Oh yes that one looks great that one looks great too. Was very proud of his abilities as well. Told me 2 or 3 times come back. Whenever you need to I will Reshape this hat for you for free. Come back if you have any questions we're always here to help you. I got the feeling that my business was genuinely appreciated. There are tons of things to look at here for the western wear lovers. Not just hats boots. Vests jackets shirts you name it it's there. If they don't have it, they're quick to tell you. We can get in anything you want let us help you. I highly recommend stopping in here. The atmosphere is clean and friendly.Henry.

Absolutely beautiful boots and hats! Excellent quality. The help was friendly and helpful. The store has a huge selection and is super clean. Gorgeous clothes as well. A definite recommend!
