“Sorry terrible with names their named started with a R (randy?) I finished my first loan ever and had issues with a 3rd part partial payment. He helped me understand clearly what needed to be done. Was able to pay off my loan early and fully and refund a over payment. Also on how to handle the 3rd party. Thank you so much. I appreciate you and appreciate your patience with me as someone new to loans.”
“Today I had to bring my mother to this branch for an issue with her account. Although the issue could not be resolved today to no fault of the bank I will say the level of customer service she received was above and beyond. It's not very often people display such patience and understanding and it was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately I left their cards with my mom so if I can edit this review later on I will but would gather the one woman was the manager and the other was a personal banker. I hope you see this although I don't share the same last name as my mom just wanted to say thanks for your efforts.”
“Nothing but the best customer service when I walk Into this branch. I come In daily for general banking and a few times for major issues with fraud, missing checks, Clover Issues and zelle issues and they rise above each and everytime to help me. I would give them 20 stars If I could. Thank you to the fine staff .”
