Owner/manager was a complete disgrace. 1 of my employees accidently spilled his food in the microwave and this guy threw a tantrum like my 3 year old when she breaks a crayon. He started shouting at his employees to clean it up. I co fronted him about the tantrum and he started spouted off about it being for customers (which I was buying stuff) then he started carrying on about it being a "respect" thing and he doesn't care about the money. Meanwhile this "respect" hero is shouting at his employees, arguing with me and just leaving drug addicts passed out on the side of his building. Before I changed careers I had 15 years retail experience all over NY and I know the value of customers and communication. This guy needs to realize his microwave ethics just turned away a several visit a week customer. Thanks Microwave Hero

Best 711 freshest coffee always. Manager and employees are working hard keep store clean in stock and great service. Love this store . Lucky to have store like this in neighbourhood.

Owner attacked me verbally for asking to use bathroom, said do I pay his Fu—in bills and I responded with the thousands of coffees and merchandise I purchase he proceeded to curse me out and became unhinged. I then started taking pics of his outside information and address to report him to southland corporation and he started to flip out again and kept telling me to hit him and he was calling police for which I welcomed. They never showed. I am a business owner for 40 years and a USMC veteran and have never been subjected to anything like this disrespect. I frequently go to multiple 7 elevens all over ny and also when I travel and have many friends that work and are owners. Southland corporation should pull his franchise from him because he is ruining the brand they have built.

This is actually my favorite 711 in the area, however these are my last 3 experiencesSaturday morning on the way home from work, sign on the door that says be back in 5 minutes, no problem things happenSunday morning on the way home from work, same sign, now I'm getting sightly annoyed.Monday morning on the way home from work, same sign and now I can see the guy in the store, so is he just locking the door so he doesn't have to do anything. Went to this store and heard the owner (in which I didn`t know) complaining about a customer. Was not eavesdropping he was talking loud. At the register I slipped and said what a dick and the kid on register said he shouldn`t be talking like that about his boss and i replied you shouldn`t talk like that when customers are present. I go out and was followed out by a man and he asked me what did I say I said nothing since I wasn`t talking to him, then I told him that you are a DICK and he went off on me saying that he`s the owner and that he can do what ever he wants and I shouldn`t talk that way to his son? Good luck with that buddy and he said I should tell him to his face which I did. Thank god my mother is 92 and partially deaf so she didn`t hear all that nonsense. So DICK HEAD FUCK YOU AND YOUR SON. WILL NOT GO TO YOUR STORE. YOUR AN ASSHOLE !!!!!

Very clean. Coffee is fresh. Love that they have the rainbow sprinkle cookie dough balls lol. Only complaint is they do not accept EBT at this location.
