Told me one price on the phone, confirmed the price before the work was done, they changed it after the work was done. I wasn't going to trip about 20 bucks but honesty goes a long way. Had all the intention to tip your guy the 20 but you took that away from him.”
“I needed 4 new tires, which were going to be very expensive for a full set. My husband suggested I go here because he always gets his here and he has always been happy. I called to verify if they had my size in stock. The next day I pulled in, waited 10 minutes for them to finish with another customer, and told them what I needed. He did not have 4 of the same brand and asked if “2 and 2” were okay, quoting the same price I had received over the phone. I waited out, front where I could see everything they did. From start to finish, it took 20 minutes to take off my old tires and put on the newer (used) ones. Pictured are my car on the lifts, with the newer tires, and a closeup of the left front tire.”
