I never leave reviews, and would leave a one star review if I didn’t think this place could be better. Every time I go in there over the past month or two, the girl at the counter is lost in her own world. Either gives me the wrong products, upcharges me, or both. Today was my last straw when she rang my card for 22 and change after requesting a $10 item. I noticed after id payed, and she claimed they were out of the $10 item. This place will continue to be a joke with the strung out fool behind the counter.

For years was a great shop. Has changed hands and all I can say is young, giggly, uninformed young ladies man the shop. They have no idea about anything, the owner must think the shop will run itself.

I’m so happy I found South Shore Vapor Lounge. I’ve spent years going to different vape shops because I was never satisfied after the first or second visit. This place is great! The first time I visited the shop, I had called first to make sure they were open. Michelle had told me that they were actually closing up but offered to wait for me to rush over… talk about going above and beyond for your customers. I had a few questions and Rick was more than knowledgeable, in regards to all my questions. They always have the coils I need unlike the other shop, near my house, that I use to frequent. I’ll gladly drive the extra distance to be their customer. Friendly and knowledgeable; they are the perfect example of what a great vape shop should be like.

I cannot believe I waited this long to give SSV a 5 star review. I've been a customer for many years and the consistency no matter who is working is great. Rick is awesome. No matter what question i have, silly or not he always helps me out. Michelle, the owner is a sweetheart. They really care about their customers.

I really like to come here, the guy who runs the store is really helpful. If he doesn’t know something he’ll be honest with you and tell you, he won’t lie like most. Anytime I need something and they are out of stock it is ordered and at the store within a couple days. Super friendly and when it comes knowledge, he knows his area of expertise.

The staff and business in general is the best I have ever encountered in the industry. Their selection of everything in the establishment is top notch. If they don't carry it, they will get it!! All their health care products are also well diversified and top shelf. If you don't vape, it is still a great place to shop.

South Shore Vapor Lounge has everything you could possibly need for your vaping experience. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they always have what i need. The employees are very helpful. If i am confused about something they explain it to me until i fully understand. i would be devastated if they had to close or if their flavored juices were no longer available. Vaping is very important to me because it is helping me stop smoking cigarettes. Its the pleasant flavor that's helping me quit. Please do not take away our juice, its only going to make vape smokers go right back to cigarettes. And that would be just a tragedy.
