I loved going there but my hairdresser is always late. I had a 930 appt and was still waiting at 10:05. No apology, nor any acknowledgment that I was waiting. I will not be going back as they have no respect for their clients time.

Don't waste your time, at least with making a facial appointment .They over book appointments and then cancel on you at the last minute.Very poor customer service.
