“Riteway is an amazing shop. They are up front with everything and they do an all over inspection on your vehicle and send you the report with photographs and detailed descriptions. They were really a life saver this past week where my wife’s car had a coolant leak and it was her only form of transportation for the weekend. They were able to overnight the needed metal pipe that had rusted away from Honda and they got the job done in the morning on a day they were supposed to be off. They went above and beyond and we really are grateful for it. Truly an amazing shop, great work, great customer service and attention to detail. I will always recommend Riteway.”
“Great vehicle maintenance and repair shops are hard to come by and most are concerned with getting raked over the coals with recommendations for unnecessary parts and services. Since owning my truck, which I bought back in 2019, I’ve only taken my Ram for service to Browns. They’re honest, affordable, and pleasant to work with every time. In fact, when I shopped around to have a tow brake module and control installed in my truck, I called three different Ram dealerships. Another dealership located in the greater Smithtown area wanted double what Browns quoted me for the same install. It’s literally the same OEM parts, same labor hours…and all Ram dealerships. There’s no reason there should’ve been any price difference. Highly recommend this dealership .”

“I never had to purchase a new car before, and I was in desperate need of a comfortable car that could get good gas mileage for my long commute. After searching around I found a great quote for a new Camry at Sunrise North. They handled everything from reaching out, setting up the appointment, and making sure when I got there I was promptly met and introduced to a wonderful salesman, Ralston. He showed me all the ins and outs, let us test drive it, and helped us get the ball rolling on finding the model I wanted. I was able to get my new into car in less than 2 weeks, and Ralston was always there as an open line of communication to help with questions throughout.
The day I went to pick it up went very smoothly and we were in and out within an hour, and that was including a very in-depth breakdown from my man Ralston about all the cars new features and amenities, and he helped me setup up my phone to the car and it works fantastic.
They even threw in charger cables and Ralston gave us a stuffed toy chicken (their mascot) for our young daughter after overhearing us remark about how cute it was. Absolutely wonderful experience, no headaches, no pressure, just nice folks. A++ !”

“My family and I have used Nolan’s Auto Collision for thirty years. So when my car was hit in a parking lot on two different occasions, there was no question which body shop I was going to use. I was paying cash and needed the job to be done well, since my car had to pass inspection with Acura when my lease ended. However, when I brought my car there, I discovered it was under new ownership. I am so happy to say my experience was just as good as it had been in the past.
Joe helped me throughout the entire process. To say he was helpful, is an understatement. Joe gave me two options regarding the work on my car. Of course I wanted the cheaper option but was unsure. I followed up with a phone call and Joe explained again what the difference was between the two options. Joe was never rude or gave me the impression I was wasting his time. His patience during my indecisiveness was remarkable and so appreciated.
I ended up going with the cheaper option and was so nervous to see my car when I picked it up. To my surprise, my car looked awesome!! I was so happy with my decision and with the service I received at Nolan’s Auto Collision. I highly recommend this body shop.”

“One day removed from picking up my WRX, I have to say I am quite pleased. Every time I feather or step on the gas pedal a smile lights up. Boost feels nice, smooth and steady. The power, as they stated, will feel more linear, constant, growing as opposed to the sudden boost and jerk of the stock tune. PASNY opened my car up and as they said, "made it breath better", and breath it does.I got an EBCS, JPipe and custom tune from them and the work was done efficiently. Despite a wrong parts setback, it was immediately mitigated with a quick order and a next day job installation promise. Well, the promise was kept and my concerns were addressed.Pat Pierre, the gentleman managing the front desk, was sincere, chill, knowledgeable and catering. Not once did I feel a striking or underlying judgement or that l I needed to know the certain nuances of the Subaru car culture (as I enter into it further--- thanks PASNY). As stated earlier, due to a miscommunication in parts required, I had to wait another day and I was 40 miles from home without a ride. The LiRR was roughly 3 miles away and Pat was more than happy to drop me off and also pick me up the next day.If this is a PASNY's norm, then you're paying for more than just quality mechanical, engineering services and qualifying parts. The hospitality and welcoming environment is priceless and key for new customers trying to better learn about their investment.Thank you PASNY and Pat Pierre for making my first experience an exceptional one.UPDATE 12/2023:I recently purchased a JDM ‘97 Subaru Legacy GTB wagon (Legacy/Outback here) and they really took care of me and this vehicle. They performance a full diagnostics and had some key advice to give. They updated/upgraded the timing (belt, tensioner, pump, WITH custom fabrication). They car runs great! I came to them for more.This time they upgraded my exhaust system with a semi-custom set up (Nvidia catback with custom cuts/fits necessary to make it all work). The car sounds like a dream. I have enjoyed and enjoy now two great cars thanks to PASNY!On the customer care side: incomparable. They always pick me up and drop me off at the station, without hesitation.
