“I never had to purchase a new car before, and I was in desperate need of a comfortable car that could get good gas mileage for my long commute. After searching around I found a great quote for a new Camry at Sunrise North. They handled everything from reaching out, setting up the appointment, and making sure when I got there I was promptly met and introduced to a wonderful salesman, Ralston. He showed me all the ins and outs, let us test drive it, and helped us get the ball rolling on finding the model I wanted. I was able to get my new into car in less than 2 weeks, and Ralston was always there as an open line of communication to help with questions throughout.
The day I went to pick it up went very smoothly and we were in and out within an hour, and that was including a very in-depth breakdown from my man Ralston about all the cars new features and amenities, and he helped me setup up my phone to the car and it works fantastic.
They even threw in charger cables and Ralston gave us a stuffed toy chicken (their mascot) for our young daughter after overhearing us remark about how cute it was. Absolutely wonderful experience, no headaches, no pressure, just nice folks. A++ !”

“Everyone knows when they have to have a repair done on a vehicle it is no fun . Who has time in there busy lives to drop off a car , make all the calls , get a rental , and then pick it all up ? Not in New York ! I have to say in a grim situation caliber collision was amazing . The staff greet you immediately and get to work professionally and timely . They communicate with you every step of the way ( and not in an annoying way) , they send texts and call when necessary.They also set you up in a rental and have all your questions answered immediately. The rental company was also friendly and professional. “My family and I have used Nolan’s Auto Collision for thirty years. So when my car was hit in a parking lot on two different occasions, there was no question which body shop I was going to use. I was paying cash and needed the job to be done well, since my car had to pass inspection with Acura when my lease ended. However, when I brought my car there, I discovered it was under new ownership. I am so happy to say my experience was just as good as it had been in the past.
Joe helped me throughout the entire process. To say he was helpful, is an understatement. Joe gave me two options regarding the work on my car. Of course I wanted the cheaper option but was unsure. I followed up with a phone call and Joe explained again what the difference was between the two options. Joe was never rude or gave me the impression I was wasting his time. His patience during my indecisiveness was remarkable and so appreciated.
I ended up going with the cheaper option and was so nervous to see my car when I picked it up. To my surprise, my car looked awesome!! I was so happy with my decision and with the service I received at Nolan’s Auto Collision. I highly recommend this body shop.”
“This is the only place to have suspension work done to your vehicle on Long Island period. Rich and Rich Jr. set a standard of customer service and quality no other shop can touch. After going back and forth about which height to lift my truck to, I ultimately went with a 6" kit on the recommendation of the boys and man am I glad I did. It turned out better than I expected, rides better than stock, and is pin straight going down the road. I'm finding myself looking for projects on my other cars just so I have an excuse to go down to the shop and hang out! If you're on the fence of where to go for modifications, this is the shop to go to!”
