Any afternoon that I have stopped in the man behind the counter has not even acknowledged me. I am always friendly and make sure to say hello, have a nice day etc. I do not get a single word out of him. This was not a one off event. He also got very short with me one day when the chip on my card failed the first time I inserted it. Customer service is important. I will get my gas and convenience items elsewhere from now on.

This Citco location on Dolson avenue in Middletown New York has the best price for me I can find in the whole area and I try to make it there when I need gas thank you Citgo dolson avenue

12/26/2022I came down with Covid and I was trying to find water. I didn’t want to go into any store so I wasn’t infecting others.I pulled up to this gas station (I come here pretty often) and I called in. I asked if they could bring me a water and I’ll pay him. I explained to the clerk I had Covid.He brings me a water, puts it on my truck and told me to pay when I feel better.No one does that today!This place is amazing and the store owner is gem!Super nice!
