I tried to get a certain problem fixed at another repair shop in Rochester, and the sound and problem came back the next day.Hagen automotive looked my car over completely for any problems. They fixed that problem I had and found a couple other things to fix. They were honest, reliable, and communicative. And charged me a very reasonable price.

I received a broken part. I had an alternator replaced and the replaced one didn't even make it 90 miles. I had to get towed back to my apartment and get the part replaced the next day. The second shop also took far less time
