“I recommend this store without reservation. The owners and employees are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and kind. We have purchased an absolutely beautiful rug there. The employees encouraged us to bring home multiple rugs to try, with no pressure to purchase. They helpfully taught us how to roll the rugs up for easy transportation, and loaded them into our car for us. It's a good thing we got to try the rugs out, because we are totally confident in the selection we made. It was a difficult choice to make, given the amazing variety available in the store! We have also made use of the other services offered; we have had rug pads made for rugs we already owned, and we currently have a decorative woven piece being cleaned. I'm glad to know that in the future they offer cleaning and repair services, should we ever need them. It also goes to show that they truly know their products inside and out.”

“From the online experience using the custom sectional feature builder to visiting the store to see it the Daydreamer sectional in person, purchasing the Ethan Allen couch was seamless. The Ethan Allen designer, Misty, helped us with fabric and color choices, and walked us through modular options. She was a pleasure to work with and continues to follow up, which elevates the experience from simply buying a couch to making us feel like truly valued customers. Our couch arrived earlier than expected and we love the Camby Green color, quality, and comfort of the couch, as well as the ease in which we can change out the layout. We look forward to future Ethan Allen purchases!”

“Has stuff you need. Went to Home Goods which you can’t review. There they have helpful staff as I learned what a Euro Pillow sham is now. If you need knowledge like this or chachkes you don’t need it’s a great place. I found good snacks like tiny bites that I did not need to eat in the car on the way home.”

“3/14/24: The evening employee, Geoffrey C., & manager, Tom, at this location, were more my style than the ones at Hylan Dr.'s store. I liked a few of their offerings & plan on buying a Canada ?? table & chairs ? there. They beat Stickly's price for the exact same items I want by $200, since during their St. P's ? Day sale, there's no delivery charge. 3/18/24: Tom, the manager, was so understanding to let me back out of buying a table & chairs ? & instead buy a sofa ? & loveseat. I'm looking forward to having the furniture in my great room. 5/7/24: My made in the USA ?? loveseat ? & sofa ? arrived today! They smell like leathery ? goodness!”

“My wife went to the Rochester Pottery Barn a week and a half ago. She bought a cream colored velvet comforter and some hand soap. She also placed an online order. A saleslady named Lisa helped her. She said the store was really nice and Lisa was wonderful. Lisa was really nice and took the time to show her several blankets to,help her find the best one for us. The comforter is perfect. Would definitely recommend this store.”
