When I lost my car to a total collision, Randy was right there for me. Towed the car, did all paperwork, very KIND and UNDERSTANDING to me as I'm a nervous lady. He answered ALL my questions about the auto insurance, etc. I've been a LOYAL customer of RANDY'S for years. He is so honest and understanding. Anyone who says otherwise is completely wrong. I've never seen Randy get annoyed or yell at anyone. RANDY has the BEST MECHANIC, BILL. These men will never do anyone harm. Randy is my mechanic for the entire life of my new car; as the new car is going to be my last car. I want to thank Randy for being such an HONEST and DECENT man and businessman. When you have Geico they call a towing company after receiving a call from their customer. They need to know the reason for the call which is then given to the responding towing company. The other way the towing company responds to a request is either directly with the customer or a police agency. If you have a policy with a $50.00 coverage that will be the amount you will receive as your reimbursement, not the $158.41. Either way, if he had taken your $50.00 first then submitted the bill, you still would of receive a bill from the towing company for the balance of $108.41. Towing companies that take calls directly from the driver do not know what your coverage is with Geico. No misinformation was given to you.

If you have Geico, don't let him swindle you into paying him first and then seeking reimbursement from Geico afterwards. What he doesn't tell you is that Geico only reimburses you up to $50 (if you don't call them first). I trusted him, and it cost me an additional $108.41.

Yesterday my Honda Odyssey minivan was stuck in the mud. I called Randy and he came over within 30 minutes. He was quick, calm and so understanding. He hooked up my car to his truck and pulled us out of the mud. Randy was thorough and looked at my car to reassure me that it would be ok to drive. He answered every question and he was so kind. Thank you!

Randy has done multiple repairs for my husband and I and his prices are always fair and his work is thorough. We always get our car back in top condition not to mention in a timely manner!
