“I went to this boutique and it was a wonderful experience! The man greeted us when we came in and was always asking if we needed help finding anything. He even brought some styles from the back for me to look at. It was my first time in an abaya store and when I told him I was shopping for my Shahada he congratulated me and gave me a lot of helpful tips about when to come to the store and some items to look for to make learning to pray Salah easier! Everything about the customer service was wonderful and the abayas were well made and had a really fair price! I’ll definitely be back soon! Thank you!!”

“BuffaLove is my favorite place is the whole Buffalo area. They have Buffalo Bills attire, Buffalo attire, BuffaLove attire, and their own brand of workout attire (buff)!! All of their shirts/hoodies are high quality and made with love. As soon as you try one on, you can feel the love and the comfort. They have flags, sweatshirts, hoodies, tshirts, jewelry, sweatpants, and much more! My mom and I bought so much in this store… we never thought we would leave.However, this store gets even better. How could this store get any better?!… Their smoothies.My mom and I got the S’mores smoothie… and oh em’ jee. It was most definitely the most delicious smoothie I’ve ever had in my life.The workers were also super nice and accommodating.The atmosphere of this place was very cozy, casual, and relaxing.I am truly delighted to say that this is my favorite store I’ve ever been in… and that I will be coming back… multiple times.”

The owner she’s always greeting her customers at the door, and while I am shopping we are always laughing and chatting.

I found a $30 vintage dress in pretty good shape (which I felt was a pretty good deal).*There's ample free parking on Auburn Ave.”

“Supper cute consignment shop with lots of good finds for everyone, great vintage selection and had everything from cow boy boots and necklaces, to super cute jeans and vests. Staff was really pleasant and helpful. Everything seemed very cleaned and well taken care of. Slightly hidden from street view you got to go down a drive way to get to it but don't give up it's a great find!!”

At Kohl's I needed a pair of boots and the person who helped me was Matt. I described to him exactly what I wanted and the first pair he handed me to try on were perfect!!!! When I called to make the appointment the phone was answered by Johnathan Gonzales. He was very unprofessional over the phone, it felt like he was bothered and wanted to finish the conversation as fast as possible.
That can be a turn off for new customers.
If he doesn't have any customers service skills, he should not be answering the phone.
Personal moods are not acceptable in a work environment.
This is not the first time I had an interaction with him.
