I’ve been in here every few weeks for to drop off returns. There is never a wait and the staff are helpful and quick to help. Good location with ample parking in an area where I often pass to run errands.

I was just at the 4408 Milestrip rd.me in Blasdell, NY. 12:10PM ishI had a younger African-American gentleman handle my returns. Yes, it’s 11 days before Christmas. And yes, I had a lot of Amazon prime returns. He made it VERY clear that he was annoyed with me. I apologized several times … he couldn’t be bothered to respond, however, he could roll his eyes quite well. I haven’t been trained by UPS and therefore didn’t know how to properly arrange and handle my returns to his liking.He said “you might not get refunded for everything” implying my amount of returns was too much to organize. So I took my time and went through all of them a second time. He scolded me for messing up his organized piles and refused to make eye contact or utter a single word after that.UPS, is this how you train your staff? If not, look at that stores schedule, figure out who that associate is and re-train him.

I love UPS but this store is not good. When I go in they don’t even greet and then when I told where the shipment was going (china) he was like “oh it might not even be worth it” where I proceeded to ask for the price. After doing all that he tells me “oh I can’t ship this bc it’s electrical” I told him it’s a handle? Not battery’s or lithium where he proceeded to say “sorry”. The whole time he had an attitude which made me run away even faster. I don’t know if it was a racial thing being that I am visibly Arab or he just was not a cool person or if I was annoying him?Weirdest part is I went to another location, told them what it was and had no issues shipping it.

They close at 7pm. I'm not sure what time I walked in the store, but I walked out and got back in the car at 6:34. Went in to do a Verizon return. The guy behind the counter had "just closed out their corporate account" At least 26 minutes before close!! The other employee was vacuuming when I came in, with the cord stretched across the doorway, tripping my husband behind me. That's some really poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle and go the extra two miles to the South Park location in Hamburg. We showed up 7 mins to close and they had no problem taking our Verizon return.

Went in for an Amazon return today, I didn't realize that some of my packages needed to be boxed up as I've never seen that before. The male employee with the long hair and beard was very unfriendly. I said I had a number of returns, to which he didn't reply. I let the girl behind me go first so I wouldn't start a line at the door, I felt guilty enough bringing 6 things in to return. One of my returns was a hay bale (weird, I know), which I understand was messy. I brought it in in a box to try not to get it everywhere, and he pulled it out to carry into the back, and I felt bad that hay got everywhere. I apologized twice and he ignored me each time. He made my experience very awkward and uncomfortable.

I scheduled an appointment online for notary service on a Saturday and had confirmation. When I showed up I was told the notary was not there that day. I was not happy and will not be returning.

I went in this store today about 9am. I was waited on right away. The clerk was very helpful, as I am somewhat Tech challenged, and showed me how to get an Amazon return label. I was out in under 5 minutes.
