This store is horrible. I’ve been shipping for years and this location is the first to tell me my shipping boxes were unacceptable and not “shipping rated.” They offered to repackage them for $20 each! One was small and the second heavy duty! NO THANKS. Total scam and money grab. Took to another UPS location and shipped no problem. AVOID this location!!!

Was there on 5.1.24. Needed packaging, the works to return a few items. The gentleman who waited on me was professional and patient. Kudos to him. The other worker avoided any contact, and this is customer service, with me and actually let out a loud burb, yes a disgusting burb. That is a first for me. I think I will go to another UPS store, if I go to UPS at all.

No complaints about generic returns (Amazon / Macys) but the staff generally does not know how to generate return labels. Over last few months i had to send several documents to a consulate who required that return label be sent to them. 2 of the 4 times, this store was able to generate the labels & charge me for them. The other 2 times they refused saying they never offer this service. Well, I have older receipts that show they did that for me in past.
In any case, i went to USPS & they did it in a heartbeat plus they were so much cheaper. UPS loss but my gain. Worked out great!

This store now claims it is in an Internet or WiFi dead zone. They can't take Amazon returns off your phone. I was sent away with no alternatives. To follow up: explain publicly that your store is NOT in a dead zone & that you CAN take Amazon returns off a phone. You are between Office Max & a cell phone repair shop, so it can't be a dead zone. But that is what your employees are telling people. I've used your store exclusively for years for my returns & my phone has always worked. What is going on?

This store is terrible and I get a different story at every UPS store as to why they can’t ship my items. Back to the post office. UPS used to be better but now they are just a pain is the rear.

The customer service representative was very helpful at the UPS store in Buffalo, NY 14219. I needed to ship some important paperwork in a timely fashion.

I’ve been in here every few weeks for to drop off returns. There is never a wait and the staff are helpful and quick to help. Good location with ample parking in an area where I often pass to run errands.
