“I scheduled an appointment for my car to be dropped off in the morning and it would be "done by lunchtime". I walk back around 2:00pm and they haven't even pulled it into the garage, apologize for the wait, and then got the work done for me while I was there. I asked some more questions about future work to be done, and they were very transparent about what they could and couldn't do, providing references for the work that couldn't be done in-house.”
“I have an '06 Chrysler 300 and had issues with the transmission not engaging properly at times over the past month and then last week it would not shift out of first gear and then went into "limp" mode. I was given Brian's name from a very good friend and all I can tell you is that these people are top notch in what they do and ethical. I ended up having a warranty with the dealership and had it fixed there. But ATEC was fantastic and is the reason I knew to call the dealership and see if it was covered. They saved me 7 grand and were very kind. Definitely NOT the kind of place that is going to try to upsell you or take advantage.
