I didn’t catch her name, but the girl with black hair and glasses was very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to discuss her opinions of different cigars, both good and bad. By the way, the Diamond Crown Julius Caesar was exquisite. Would highly recommend trying it if you haven’t.”

Everyone is super friendly, courteous and helpful. I would also recommend Green Boys for an even bigger selection of smoke accessories and products. I believe they are owned by members of the same family.”

“Dude, so I wandered into Decades Psychedelic Daze just looking for a simple bong, man. But, woah, I got totally blown away. I walked in with one thing in mind, but the vibes, the colors, and the array of goodies just sucked me in. Before I knew it, I had an armful of trippy posters, incense, and like five different bongs that I totally didn't need but absolutely had to have. The staff? Super chill and helpful. They probably knew I was overwhelmed by the sheer awesomeness of it all. If you're looking for a place that'll transport you to another dimension while shopping for some rad gear, this is it. Just...maybe bring a buddy to keep you in check, or you'll end up like me with a car full of psychedelic wonders. Totally worth it, though. 10/10 would get lost in the daze again.”

Jolli (I hope I'm spelling this correct!) has not yet failed to assist me and he's taken great care to answer all of my questions and provide me further insight so as to help my selection process. Thank you for always being of such service, and for greeting me with kind words and a smile, and for giving me a free soda pop (just because) each time as I leave!! “I love this place!!! Ive always passed by this place and decided for the first time to stop in. Bill is super friendly and super helpful, he helped me find something i would like then showed me to the complimentary customer coffee haha. Im here by myself and hes given me some company which is awesome. Ill definitely be coming back again and im always grateful to a helpful person. Awesome vibes and a great atmosphere. I was worried because im younger that maybe id be looked at strangely but not all! Bill made me feel right at home at the lounge. 5 stars!”

“I come into the store about four times a week. I have met the manager and the employees and they all have been nothing but kind and helpful. I would like to state that I see a recent review from Kenneth. I would like to mention that based on that description, that employee does not nor has ever worked at their store. For safety reasons, I will not explain further. However, no one of that description has ever worked at that location. There is another Vape store down the road that may have been confused with this location just to clarify. We love Vapor in Depew, Best people, best prices, and the best part of my day!”
“Fantastic selection, and depending on who’s working, they have good integrity! I bought a Volcano Vaporizer, I called ahead and was quoted at $500, but when I got there, they only had the Hybrid, which is around $600-$700, but the guy gave me the quoted price! Much appreciated!But now maybe I’d say closer to a 4 star rating due to customer service, I suppose it’s dependent on who’s working, but I called for some replacement parts, and whoever I talked to made me feel like I was possibly losing it, because they had zero idea what that iconic item even was, let alone able to help me even remotely, nor did they even pretend to want to help, lol.Overall a great place to shop with huge selection!”

“Last place to grab some gear before you enter the US. Great prices on everything. Just be aware of the alcohol limit if you want to bring any back to the US. It's one big store. There's no fast food here. The pictures have a McDonald's on there. It's not there anymore. You can get snacks and drinks. And anything Canada.”

“Excellent customer service. This shop is very clean & organized. Got to meet their mascot Ginger (total sweetheart). I've been driving to the Indian reservation for over 6 years thinking they would have the best selection & cheapest prices. I couldn't have been more wrong. Blaze Smoke Shop had a much better selection & their prices were much cheaper. The best part is the 2 minute drive from my house! I am thrilled to have found this shop!
