Michele (the manager) was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and seemed to foresee problems before I even knew it! She was calm and reassuring. She was very pleasant and easy to deal with! I wish I could find employees like her!

I’m so glad I found this storage facility. The units are clean and secure and the process of renting is convenient and easy. The prices are reasonable especially if you can get in when they are running promotions. The management, and specifically Michelle, the Store Space manager on site is what sets this facility apart from all the others. Michelle has gone above and beyond what I would normally expect, to accommodate my needs and make sure that I am happy. I will admit that I am not always an easy customer to satisfy but because of her work ethic and willingness to make my experience with the company a positive one, I will absolutely recommend that you do business here. She has made my life easier and I am very happy to recommend her to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. Thank you and keep up the good work!!
