I received a gift card to have the exterior and interior detailed on my Chevy pick up. My truck went in at 1030 Saturday morning June 11th. I came to get it at 5 and they were still working on it. The retailer said that he needed another 20 minutes if I didn't mind to come back. When I returned he stated it was all set and when I looked at the truck the tires were not dressed and the bottom of my door and running boards still had dirt on them. I have pictures when the truck was sitting in the lot. The detailer came out and touched up the areas and dressed the tires. The inside of my truck was gorgeous but dissatisfied with the outside. The truck was never waxed and when we tried to call to get answers our phone calls never get returned please return our phone calls so I can get this resolved

K&R detailing in Blasdell i highly do NOT recommend them... dropped my car off at 10 am, owner told me to give him 1-2 hours. Now be very careful how you read these things . Plus I had to pass up 2 different rides to pick my car up because the OWNER would NOT message me back after I sent SEVERAL messages throughout the day. When I arrived there I was advised by his employee that he had finished my car at 1230 pm. So not only did I have to pay for a cab to pick my vehicle up my vehicle was ready when I had transportation. Also I was told my trunk would be vacuumed. Looks like this Young entrepreneur bit off more than he can chew. Eh... I gave him a couple shots. Cant say I didn’t try. Oh and he blocked me from the page so I couldn’t put in a review..
