The owner came to the tow yard that i work at to collect a car. He immidiately started cussing me out because i would not accept his check. (Which is our legal right) he threatened to call his DAUGHTER who is a STATE TROOPER to do DOT spot checks on our trucks. He continued the abuse even after THROWING the cash in my face. I will be placing charges on this pathetic excuse of a man.

A busy collision shop means they do good work and are in high demand, but sometimes that can mean higher prices. These guys are the real deal- fantastic people and great pricing. My son damaged his drivers side car door right after we bought it & it could not be driven because the door wouldn't shut. Since it needed to get towed I had to know where I was towing it to plus prevented me from taking it to get estimates from different shops. I looked at local reviews, saw Gaylord's had great reviews, so I stopped in with some pics and video.It's an older car for my son to get to work, so I was worried about the cost to fix the door. But they ordered a new door and charged a great price for the door and the work. Super happy with these guys! Highly recommend!

Recently had a buddy do touchup work on his camaro ( with chameleon) paint. They did an absolutely SPECTACULAR job. It is near to impossible to match paint. Its PERFECT! ???

Stopped by for an estimate for some paint touch up work on my wife’s car and had the pleasure of meeting the owner. He really knows his business and we left completely satisfied with the work that was done. Would definitely recommend. Gaylord is by far the best collision shop I have taken my car to. His work is second to none. His price is the best in WNY. If you don't take your car here than your rolling the dice elsewhere. Would never let anyone else do my bodywork repairs.

This was my Grandpa's Auto shop back in the day and I had an amazing experience when I needed a tail lamp repair.Gosh, they were super quick, had incredibly friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend coming here for your automotive needs.
