Usually a very easy experience but today, it wouldn't apply my offers from my rewards to my purchase. Very disappointing.

CVS is terrible. Can’t even talk to a human on the phone. Not an option. Well, it’s back to Walgreens.

A very obvious 7 months pregnant while it was pouring outside, I asked whom I believed to be the store manager (because he was more dressed up than the other employees) to use their restroom. Pregnant women often have to urinate suddenly and badly. He said, "No." After getting over my shock and physical pain when I finally found a Tim Hortons, I realized how little CVS must care for its patrons. I will never shop at CVS nor send any of my patients there again.

You cannot speak with anyone over the phone. You leave a voicemail and they return your call 36 hours later.I advise you to either drive over and speak to them in person, or pick a new pharmacy. Absolutely brutal and careless to would-be customers.I brought my business elsewhere. And they don’t care that I did.

I had a CVS gift card with the amount of $32.98 on it that i called to check the remaining balance on. I was buying 2 greeting cards, and 2 vitamin supplements that were Buy 1 Get 1 Free. I was planning on using my OTC insurance card for the vitamin purchase after realizing i still had a CVS gift card. Well, the cashier, named Monica, had me pay for the 2 cards using my gift card. I didnt notice at the time that she rung up the 2 greeting cards instead of the 2 supplements so i paid for the greeting cards with the gift card. When i told her that i wanted the gift card applied to the supplements and not the cards, then she voided the purchase and rerung up my order of the 2 supplements but then told me that the gift card only had $1.06 left on it and had me pay $46.93 using my OTC insurance card! I wanted to save my ins card for when i really needed it (I'm only allowed a certain amount every month!). There couldn't have been only $1.06 left on my CVS gift card because I called the # on the back of it to verify the balance, which WAS $32.98! So where did my gift card balance go? I dont have the gift card now, Monica took it from me to throw out when she told me it was used up. You do the math: $47.99 minus $32.98 = $15.01... and it doesn't make sense that i should've had to pay $46.93 out of my OTC insurance card amt when the gift card should've covered most of it! I felt like I've been ripped off and I won't ever go to buy anything at that Blasdell, NY CVS again. I also didn't like the fact that Monica was arguing with me in a raised voice in front of the line of customers behind me! No business ethics at all. She needs reprimanding ASAP or just a hard slap in her fat face for showing me such disrespect!

I have seizures, and I need to take medications everyday. Due to the insurance matters, I have to wait till the due date to refill my medications. And I usually call to the pharmacy a few days ahead of the due date to remind them that please refill my medications on the due date, but the medications that I need, are out of stock on the due date, and this matter repeats almost every month. So, I don't take medications 2 or 3 days every month. I have spoken to the store manager, but nothing has changed, and it is getting worst when I cannot call and communicate with the pharmacy employees anymore. Their phone systems are now heading my calls to the voicemail messages. :-(

I've been a customer for 15 years. Now you can't call to talk to the pharmacy. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back when the pharmacist is free to talk. Ontop of that cvs closes at 7pm now. I feel it's very important to have a close relationship with your pharmacist and now they turned corporate. Now it's a headache if you have basic questions on your meds.
