They are easy and friendly to work with from the front receptionist area to the service reps who see your car and prepare the estimate. There is almost daily status of your car and they work with you to make any car rental easy and stress free. I can’t say enough about how well I and my car were treated! Thank you !”

“A busy collision shop means they do good work and are in high demand, but sometimes that can mean higher prices. These guys are the real deal- fantastic people and great pricing. My son damaged his drivers side car door right after we bought it & it could not be driven because the door wouldn't shut. Since it needed to get towed I had to know where I was towing it to plus prevented me from taking it to get estimates from different shops. I looked at local reviews, saw Gaylord's had great reviews, so I stopped in with some pics and video.It's an older car for my son to get to work, so I was worried about the cost to fix the door. But they ordered a new door and charged a great price for the door and the work. Super happy with these guys! Highly recommend!”
