Wednesday i had my medicine for fibro called in and my triple D disease in my back…thursday at noon they got the ok from my insurance to fill it..by 1:00 friday afternoon it was filled..i called walgreens at 3pm and got the message that walgreens pharmacy is closed temporarily..no call to tell me it was ready to go pick up..here it is sunday and they are still not open..i went yesterday to walgreens and they didnt know why the pharmacy is closed..today sunday i called this morning they said the pharmacist has been sick..i said ok so you have only 1 pharmacist on duty working 9-10 hours a day 7 days a week..this is walgreen on Pennsylvania ave in binghamton ny…walgreens if im not able to get my doctor and insurance to switch to another pharmacy to get my script s filled tomorrow..you bet im calling a lawyer..this sounds fishy to me

Drove 8 miles to pick up Rx at 4:30pm because web site said open until 10pm. And automated phone had called and said Rx was ready, a day late, and I could pick up until 9pm.When I arrived pharmacy was closed with a sigh that said closed at 4pm.Long drive and a complete waste of my time. Always something at Walgreens.

I have changed from walgreens pharmacy to a different company due to lack of staffing. I have contacted walgreens pharmacy 3 times now to remove me from auto refill status. I continue to get auto refills from walgreens which rejects my prescriptions at my preferred pharmacy. Luckily my medication is not life threatening. Walgreens, please look into your customer service short comings.

They don't carry ice packs / cold presses, which is outrageous. That's such a basic item for a pharmacy to have. Insane.

My doctor filled my prescription and sent it over Friday afternoon. I chose this pharmacy specifically because their hours on Google stated they would be open until 10:00pm. When I sent someone to pick up my prescription around 7:00pm, they were unable to pick it up because there wasn’t a pharmacist on at that time. The staff then told the person I sent that their hours had changed due to being short on staff. I understand being short-staffed at a time like this. What I don’t understand is not changing your Google hours accordingly. I was then unable to change my script to a different pharmacy because my doctor’s office was closed by this time. So now it’s Friday evening, the pharmacy AND my doctor’s office are closed until Monday, and I am unable to get my medication.I had run out of my medication and NEEDED it this past weekend. This makes me concerned for people who need daily medication to live. Shame on you. Change your hours.

I had my doctor send my prescription to Walgreens a week ago they call on a Wednesday saying they are working on it. Friday I get a recording it will be available Saturday. I go there on Monday and they said they have to reorder it. It’s Wednesday night now and now they are telling me they have no prescription. Now I get Hum? I am not finding your order please check with you r doctor. My medication can’t go five days off without complications! I wouldn’t be here at Walgreens if Rite aid wasn’t shut done. I can’t even give Walgreens a one star! Now I have to call the doctor office to re send prescription and wait for Walgreens to reorder and my medication will be all messed up. WTH!!!! Plus now insurance will be messed up. This is not how a pharmacy should run a business

Absolutely amazing customer service. Put a large canvas order in and for same day and it was done in a hour, they were done perfectly as well! I have ordered from many other local Walgreens and have never EVER had same days done that quickly and many times they looked rushed and sloppy. In fact the only reason I placed this order at this Walgreens (which is further from my home) is because the one I normally use waited 24 hours after placing mg order to tell me they couldn’t fill it (so much for same day service from them)… but When I arrived to the store I was greeted with a smiling face even though the store was a half hour away from closing, customer service was fast and friendly.I am a working local photographer so I am very frequently filling orders and Because of this experience I will now be using this Walgreens as my number one photo center even though it is more out of the way then other Walgreens they won me over for sure!

I went into Walgreens yesterday with a list of things I needed has my list in my hand you could clearly see me filling up my cart and this white woman who I later found out is the manager followed me around the whole store every Isle I went to she pretended like she had to do something I almost bumped into her 3 times because she was tryna be slick and watching me so when I got to the counter I took my money out the atm reloaded my card for $500 and had $500 in cash on me they all looked confused and we’re whispering to eachother giving me obviously nasty looks , THEY THOUGHT I WAS GONNA STEAL OR SOMETHING ? If I was a white woman who looked like them would have I been treated the same ? No but because I’m black and Hispanic and had a scarf on my head at 8pm I get discriminated and racially profiled against . What’s even sadder is before I even started shopping I asked the manger for some help because I’ve never been to this store before and then I get treated as if I was stealing ? It was extremely uncomfortable and I would never go back here again .
