Connor was the amazing teller who helped us today! My elderly mother had several things to accomplish at the Visions FCU on Front St. Connor welcomed us, was patient and thoughtful in his service to us. Looking at and interacting with my mother, though in a wheelchair, made her feel competent and valued. He coordinated a banker to address her individual concerns as well. Aaron picked up where Connor left off with continued great service. She said farewell to Dylan as she is friendly with him too. Thank you all so much for taking such wonderful care of my mother.
7/8/2024 additionally: My mother also has an account with the bank across the street. She wanted them to help balance her check book as well but when I went in to inquire, they said, “We don’t provide that service”. (Visions did for her!) They looked up her account and saw her concern. She had a significantly greater amount of money in her account than what she thought she should have. They printed out all of her statements for her (which she already had at home) and brought them out to the car because they couldn’t see her on the passenger side of the car at the ATM and the statements were too big to put in the carrier. So she went home and updated her checkbook to the greater amount and went on from there. Limited customer service at that bank across the street. Visions Cares!!

I did my banking with this credit union for over 20 years and had a 5 figure savings account. I also had auto loans through this credit union for my and my wifes cars. I ended up divorcing her and afterward i paid off the loan for my car and she continued to pay on her car still under my name because she cant get approved to refinance in her name. But i have a signed, written, notorized agreement (notorized by this same credit union as a matter of fact) saying that she is solely responsible for the repayment of said loan. They know this. I have explained this to them countless times and yet every time she would be late on a payment, they would shut down my ATM access. I rolled with the punches until finally she was at one point 2 months behind on the loan. They decided to shut down my entire debit card altogether with no warning. When i found out this had happened, I was stuck at work with no way to get anything to eat for lunch, no way to buy anything for dinner after work, no way to get any gas in my car, no way to pay my cell phone bill which was due THAT VERY DAY. Mind you, the only way they had any ability to do any of this was because i chose to do my banking with them as opposed to ANY other bank or credit union i could have chosen to give my business to. They thought they were going to light a fire under my butt and get me to start paying on a loan for a car that i dont own (as if it would have made any sense at all for me to do that) but all they really succeeded in doing was convincing me that they dont deserve my business and i would be better off banking elsewhere. And if thats not enough reason for you to not give this credit union YOUR business, let me tell you how they treated me when i wen in to pull all of my money out. They told me they "cant do that until the loan is up to date" as if im an idiot and dont know they have absolutely no legal right in the world to deny me access to my money and then they wanna sit there and try to use scate tactics on me to try to get me to pay for my ex-wifes car. Telling me that its going to affect my credit because the loan is in my name. I mean yeah, they can go ahead and put marks on my credit because the loan IS in my name. But they would be wasting their time because all i have to do is contact the credit bureau and show them the agreement i talked about previously and they would have to remove anything visions put on my report regarding that loan. They clearly dont care about their members, theyre just looking for the easiest way to get paid and if you dont know your rights, they will 100% take advantage of you!

Hit or miss. One loan officer was amazing and got me 7500 auto loan with about 600 credit score and not that much income. I failed to find a car in time. He said if I applied again I'd get the same amount apply again when im ready. I did, I didn't go through him and I got declined due to dept to income. The women on the phone didn't want to do her job and help me. It's been so hard and super stressful getting a loan just to get another car she was cold and heartless and didnt care at all....I'm thinking about switching banks now due to her and the impossible underwriters. Same with empower. I have not missed a payment in over 10 yrs with anything. All I asked for was 10k. She said the only way was to get someone to cosign after explaining what the previous loan for 7500 I got what the 1st loan officer said. Everything was the same as the 1st time they cleared it so wth?

Dylan was great while starting up 3 new accounts with visions! I walked in and they were able to help me right away! Even able to do a direct transfer of money that day

Bad bank.. you can do so much better.. This bank lies and treats disabled customers poorly.. My son who has autism lost his job back in Dec.. So he had a negative balance for a short period because they kept adding fees even when I took him there to see how we could resolve it until his unemployment went through.. so they made him do a payment plan monthly.. he paid it every month.. Now he goes to get his money from his paycheck and the lady smirks at us and says his check was taken to pay his balance.. I said the entire check he worked for 2 weeks for you can just take even when we made a payment plan.. she says yep WE can do whatever we want.. So they did take his entire check and told him good luck.. Poor way of handling a disabled customer.. I told her that someday I hope she's in his position and they take her paycheck away and tell her good luck.. what a terrible person and they totally lied about the payment plan.. because they can do what they want..

Dealership set up a lease payment with these folks due to rate. We wanted to change the due date. I went to the branch in-person and the representative I dealt with got on the phone with somebody and she replied ok that will work. She hung up the phone looked at me and said nothing we can do. Must be extremely difficult these days to tap those buttons on the computer to change a couple numbers. Never did business in the past due to bad reviews wouldn't have this time but the dealership had already set it up. Go somewhere else better options throughout the area.

Just started banking here. It took forever to get signed up. We just moved here and it's hard enough moving but the bank really made it harder on us trying to just open an account. We finally got all the right paperwork and opened an account. She forgot to give me any checks or lmk about getting a pin. The worst thing is that they are not available 24 hours a day to talk to a person. Omg someone made a purchase on my account and I have to wait 2 days now to speak to a representative. That is just crazy to me. What if all my money gets gone? Why is no one available 24 hours a day. I never heard of such a thing.

Complete failure to correct gross errors on their part resulting in weeks of emails and phone calls to fix the problems that never should have occurred. I will never do business with Visions again.

I like this indoor location it is easy to get into and it’s spacious. It’s actually the nicest looking ATM only center that is really great. I believe there’s a bank attached to it I’ve just only gone at night to get things for the tanning place next-door. Which I do not see how to rate for that. I highly suggest this ATM.

I agree with Edwin Visions cu is not the great cu When IBM WAS HERE., It sucks!!! Call Waiting time is Forever!!! & THEY WILL NOT CALL U BACK!!!!! It's bull S----! If u travel the states, not many Shared branches, Been a member for 60yrs In process of FIRING VISIONS CU & going to another bank., Visions is the worst credit union in the United States do not go there very very very bad service

I tried calling visions to make a payment to a loan I waited on hold for half an hour got sick of waiting and used the call back service and nobody called back. You would think that they would want their money

I like this indoor location it is easy to get into and it's spacious. It's actually the nicest looking ATM only center that is really great. I believe there's a bank attached to it I've just only gone at night to get things for the tanning place next-door. Which I do not see how to rate for that. I highly suggest this ATM.
