“Dr. Callan saw my two old rats this week and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. She is very knowledgeable about exotics, and gave them both a thorough exam to make sure everything was in working order (and was also extremely patient in light of them being terrified of new people.) One of my boys needed a tooth trim due to being on a soft diet, she handled him very gently and did a great job cutting them back to relieve any discomfort he was feeling. She was very accommodating and allowed him to go back for the procedure with his brother's blanket for comfort. For my other boy’s issue, she answered any questions I had and explained all potential treatment options with me to help me make an informed choice. Also was met with the very nice young lady at the front desk, who was helpful with updating my billing info. Dr. Callan is an amazing addition to Chenango Animal Hospital, and I’m so happy we were seen by her.
