Customer service was not good. I had a free upgrade with a trade in. I chose to hand my phone in after backing up my photos at a later date, but still within the 30 day window to get the free upgrade. After going back to the store twice. They stated I was unable to do this, couldn't change my plan and could not give the new phone back. I was was then told to leave the store.
I would recommend going to a corporate location because they are actually held accountable by Verizon. This place is a franchise, similar to how a fast food location works, so what they do at their business is not reflective of the Verizon Corporation and they are not held accountable.
****UPDATE**** 05/30/2024
The employee who upgraded my phone did not put in the system that I would be bringing back my old phone for the free upgrade. He put in the system that I will be paying for it. I called them today and found out I can give my phone to them as a trade-in and get a 200$ credit. This is very disappointing and dishonest, they lied to me and screwed me over. Making me pay for a brand new phone.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
