“I stoped in shop after a little time out from society with only money on my phone. Told the gentleman about my misfortune and asked if I could buy a pre-roll with my phone. After being told no I said thanks and was about to leave when he so graciously gave me a sliver stick preroll and a lighter and said welcome back bro its on the house. That one kind gesture helped me more than that man will ever know they got a customer out of me. Great place good people thanks again for your kindness to just some guy you never saw in your life. I should have caught your name. It was 10/04 right around 5ish I believe but thanks again. I will pay that forward to someone when the time arises. They worth a look”

I walked in not knowing anything and the staff helped me with every question that I had and reassured me that I wasn't an idiot for not knowing most of the products they sell.The prices are fair and have better prices than a lot of the smoke shops around town.10/10 would recommend coming here!!!”

“Rather overpriced, but here, you're paying for convenience. These guys are a godsend when you don't have the ability or ample time to order from a cheaper place online. This location in fact, is my absolute favorite. The guys working here (as I believe the only female worker is either gone or back at the Endicott location) are phenomenal in their love and knowledge of the vapes and mods they carry and sell. They have never spoken down to me as I learned about my various pieces,and provided not only insight on to my query at hand, but usually led me to sources of knowledge and deals I never would have known existed otherwise too. In fact, they had a loyalty program like no other, that gave ASTOUNDING DISCOUNTS before the NY 2020 ban killed the program.Hell, they even honored my father's veterans discount for my purchases, long after the one time he accompanied me to this location ,which was something he took great pride in. My children's father, Frankie, may he rest in peace, was a long standing customer as well from the moment they opened, and did nothing but sing their praises til the day he passed.”
