The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and helpful, and the building is clean and safe. However, some residents have reported inconsistent internet and issues with the unit heating during the winter. Overall, Twin River Commons is still considered a better option than other on-campus and student housing choices in the area. The apartment building is super clean and the staff are very friendly. Someone at the front desk office even remembered my name and I only spoke to her a few times before! Made me feel good they appreciate each resident

Office staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful, building is clean and safe. Unfortunately, internet is wildly inconsistent and not ideal for working from home and live services, unit heating breaks every winter, and apartment was dirty on move in. Otherwise, still better than other on-campus and student housing options.
