Excellent experience. They have come a long way since the Sprint conversion days. Recently upgraded to the S24 and was a great upgrade experience. The reps Tiffany and Mike were very helpful and very easy to talk to. The process went very quickly and efficiently. I hope management will reward the staff at this location because they deserve it.

Recently shifted my carrier to T-Mobile. Good service by the man at the desk. Helped a lot during forwarding carrier since I had some issues with the earlier carrier. Good response and friendly behavior.

Wonderful service from the patient and friendly staff! Needed a new iPhone and Apple Watch after breaking both on vacation and they were quick and helpful in getting my new phone and Apple Watch set up, while helping me transfer my service from boost to T-Mobile, at a great deal too! So glad I made the switch. Thanks team! ⭐️

Every time I am in the store, the staff is always eager to help. Whether it be an upgrade, question about my bill, issue with my service, etc. Mike, Tiff, Alvin, Aklis and Shemar are always willing to assist me in finding a solution and ensure I leave happy.

Anytime we have ANY issue(s) with our phones or service, we always try and go to this location to see Mike or Alvin. They are by far THE BEST!!! They listen to us, they help us out and we enjoy joking around with them as well, because why not? Humor helps with almost every situation. Thank you guys again!! And we’ll be back to see you guys when we have another phone issue. LOL.

September 5th 3:30 pm if a manager wants to see who specificallyThe staff there ( 2 guys) lazy beyond belief. Kept trying to redirect me to a call center or wait for the manager to make a return of the T-Mobile home Internet box.I did not have my physical receipt and asked if I could find a digital receipt if that would work. He replied with "yes". I found the digital receipt and he says he would need a physical copy of said digital receipt and there's nothing that can be done in store.Remind you I was the only customer there with 2 employees doing nothing besides being on their phone. Terrible experience

I went in for a new plan and a new phone. Let me tell you Dan W. was amazing! He made me feel very comfortable and we discussed the new phone and plan options. He honestly is great at his job! He was so personable and I will definitely be back to see him if I have anymore issues.

Run Don’t Walk!!! I do not want to give the actual location a poor review BUT T-Mobile in general. I started off with the home internet and overall I was truly satisfied… then through many promotions being sent to me… and numerous phone calls to customer service with very specific questions… I took “the plunge” and changed my whole family from Verizon to T-Mobile… absolutely worse decision EVER… you may save a few bucks but trust me when I say it’s not worth it… so I’m stuck for another 21 months (because we accepted their “free phone” offer… soooo I did purchase an additional phone and a $25/mo plan from Visible by Verizon which I do HIGHLY recommend. I will be using this as needed until I can break free from T-Mobile in 21 months. Please please please do your research folks … I regret it everyday. But in a positive note: even tho T-Mobile is the absolute worst I can admit that every customer service agent as well as tech agent were absolutely lovely.

Terrible experience. Went there three times just to get a phone plan upgrade & trade in because the employees working there gave us different and false information every time.We only came to the store because they said they had the iphone 14 plus in a specific color in store when we called in to check a few hours in advance, just for them to tell us it isn't available when we were half way into upgrading. Then they told us our the Magenta Max plan with 4 lines would be 150$ (tax fees included), which is false. My bill come in today to be 200$ as they failed to inform us it was actually 150$ for 2 lines and 30$ per additional line. They also signed our phones for insurance without telling us.A waste of time for a phone plan upgrade and annoying to have to find out where the charges were coming from in the account details. If you don't want to waste time and have false information given to you I'd suggest going to a different store with competent employees.
