would not recommend, used to be long term friends. they tried to steal my car and his son stole expensive parts off my car. in the end had to get police involved and never got stolen parts back.

Now there's a few mechanics around that claim to know everything about a vehicle, but when it comes down to it they overcharge or never truly fix the issue. For over a year I went to Steve for all my repairs on my 94 Honda Accord that got retired earlier this year and I have to say if it wasn't for Steve I don't think it would have made it as long as it did. When I had an issue I called him up and he had my car on the rack at his earliest convenience. Then when it came to breaking down the issues he would show my the problem and then work on pricing it out for me. If I needed a tow or my tire went flat I could always call and he had someone or a fix on it's way for my within an hour. Highly recommend him to anyone in need of a quality mechanic that doesn't cut corners to get return business. He does it right the first time and that's it.

We were driving from Florida to Canada when we discovered some problems with our boat trailer when stopping for gas in Binghamton. The lady at the gas station recommended Steve and we are glad she did! Though Steve's Auto Tech is for cars, he was extremely resourceful and got us and our trailer back up and running very quickly. He seems like a hard-working, trustworthy and good-natured guy. The other guys in the shop were great too. He was thorough to make sure he hadn't overlooked anything. Highly recommended!
