Horribly staffed, most of the time ha;f the self checkouts are closed but they also only ever open one regular lane max if you're lucky. Stock is unpredictable, management seem not to care too much about this store.

Just came in to customer service from the bottle return and was looked at with such disgust from the woman behind the counter , she didn’t even speak didn’t say hello nothing absolutely 0 customer service skills but acknowledged and spoke to the white woman who was standing there before me asking for help at the bottle return . Did she think I was poor ? Is it a race issue ? Either way why would you treat a human being like that ? At your place of business ? I’ve already been struggling with my mental health and thinking about suicide I had sunglasses on to cover my eyes so people wouldn’t realize I’ve been crying and instead I was discriminated against . Have manners because I still said thank you and wished her a better day . I will never shop here . It feels unsafe for people like me .

I usually don't review chain stores.
I had to go to Price Chopper on Glenwood Avenue because the Price Chopper in Endicott didn't have the ingredients to make the Chili Lime chicken pizza.
I was impressed by how big the store was and how clean it was compared to the Endicott store. I want to thank Benjamin, who made the Chili Lime chicken pizza today. He did a great job, even asking me if I wanted everything that comes on the pizza on it. Even cooked it the way I like it, crispy crust.
My thanks to Benjamin again.

The name Price Chopper is a joke as this store is very expensive compared to others. It is conveniently located; that's the only reason I ever go here. It is packed every time I go with people reeking of pot, unless I go at the crack of dawn. They hire all these people to stock shelves, blocking them from customers, but they have 1 non-20 items or less cashier at best, sometimes none at all. Early in the morning there's been zero cashiers. Self-checkout with a week's worth of groceries is insane, especially if you're paying $200+ dollars.

This store attracts trash and dysfunction, always mentally ill, retarded, fake thugs, no life, homeless, weirdos with guaranteed drama every time. You can double bag the groceries and the bags will still break. A lot of the employees are horrible very few wasn't. I did not have that experience at the price chopper at chenango bridge. I don't want to go back to West side worthless trashville for the constant crazy drama let alone that price chopper

I just witnessed a level of racism that literally made me sick to my stomach.A gentleman was in line at the seafood counter and the man behind him pushed in front of him and started screaming that he was fearful for his life because the man was black and there was another black gentleman in line and they must be gang members. A manager approached the two black men and asked them to leave the store or he was going to call the police.I came up to the manager and told him what I had witnessed, he then asked me if I was looking for trouble, if I was part of their gang. I left the store and will never return.On the way out I found the two men and apologized to them for the ignorance of the manager and the person who started the disturbance.
